Honestly, while I can sort of understand the girlfriend comparisons as far as these characters, it could be close friend chemistry....like friend soulmates...i.e., one of my best friends and I, had this chemistry together, and we were not and are not together or gay...I'm just suggesting, they have friend soulmate chemistry I think
