    Let’s see how to make kids’ favorite crunchy French fries today. Why only kids’ favorite!! I am sure everyone loves French fries. This is one of the most requested recipes. I will share tips and trick on every step so that you can make perfect French fires. These turn out perfectly like the ones those we have in a café or restaurants. Perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside. These fries get that perfect color, texture and of course taste too!! Make sure to like, share and subscribe!!
    Ingredients:
    • Water
    • A piece of Alum
    • Big Indori Potato
    • Water as needed
    • Salt as needed
    • 1 tsp Corn flour
    • Oil for frying
    Method:
    • Dip alum in water for about 5 minutes and mix well.
    • Take the alum out and alum water is ready.
    • Soaking potato wedges in alum water helps the fries to retain the white color and to get the
    stiffness and fries don’t soften after frying.
    • Wash potatoes really good and peel them.
    • Choose Indori batata as it contains minimum moisture and starch.
    • Cut the potato into 1cm*1cm size wedges and immediately into the alum water.
    • Soak the fried for about 5 minutes.
    • Heat up water in a pan and add salt.
    • When the water begins to boil, take the fried out of alum water, drain all the water and transfer
    them into boiling water.
    • When the water begins to boil, cook the wedges for just 5 minutes.
    • Turn the heat to low and take out those wedges those have turned white first and transfer them
    into the strainer.
    • Drain all the water from it and spread them on a clean cotton cloth.
    • Let them dry for about an hour and sprinkle corn four on it.
    • You can use rice flour in place of corn flour.
    • Coat them with the corn flour and remove the excess corn flour.
    • Transfer the fried into a zip lock bag and keep it in deep freezer for about an hour.
    • If you are going the fried the fries immediately, then you can skip the coating of corn flour.
    • You can store the fried coated with corn flour in freezer for about 3-4 months.
    • Take them out 1 hour before frying.
    • Heat up oil in a pan on medium heat and drop the fried into hot oil.
    • Fry the fries well on low to medium heat until they get golden color.
    • Take the fries out, drain excess oil and transfer them into a dish.
    • Sprinkle salt on them when they are still hot and mix well. French fries are ready.
    • Serve them with tomato sauce or any other dipping of your choice.
