Doesn't matter what we think. God gave us what we need to know...lol I like how you present this rightly, in that we really don't have any way to know of a certainty who he was. "Give not thy strength unto women, nor thy ways to that which destroyeth kings." Doesn't say "women destroys kings," those are two separate admonitions. He goes on to warn against kings drinking wine and princes drinking strong drink
@90 & Out I would be pleases to know that he is not a Hebrew king. Because it would represent the beauty of God’s grace extended to gentiles even in the Old Testament.
@@kaleomariz1000 That is one theory I have seen. Usually I have seen this theory presented by the same people who theorize Job is set in time before Abraham lived. I don't know if either theory is true, but the speculation is fascinating.
King Lemuel and the Sultry Maiden by D.T.A. Daly. Copyrght 6183 SC 'She's attractive,' said Lemuel. His mother glared at him. 'Not another one Lemuel. You should know better by now.' 'I haven't bedded as many as you make out the court to believe,' replied the King. 'I'm sure it's more,' said his mother dryly. 'Very amusing old woman,' replied the Monarch. Lemuel spent a night of passion with the sultry maiden, and took her virginity. In the morning, down the by the pool, she sat there, humbled, playing on a harp, singing to the King. 'I think I should give you the strength of my loins from time to time,' said Lemuel. 'Is that wise, you think, o King? Surely you must take me for one of your wives, having humbled me, o Lord.' 'You are right. It would be the noble thing to do.' And doing as such Lemuel claimed yet another bride for his Kingdom, and this maiden was delightful to his soul, yet truly it seemed he was not always following his mothers advice, and it seemed it could well be his undoing. The End

It is a prophecy. He is the first born from the tribe of Ephraim { Joseph } This prophecy has been coded and hidden only for the one who it pertains to.
That's just it. I don't know who King Lemuel is? Is he Solomon? I don't know. I didn't go into much detail, because the text doesn't give much detail. All of the research I could find on King Lemuel was theoretical and other people guessing to his true identity. The only facts I have to present are contained in the text itself.
I believe king Lemuel is actually a title of righteous Israelite men in the future who are of Yah with the spirit of Yah within them. Proverbs 31 is a prophecy of Israelite women in the coming kingdom according to verse 1 and that's why we couldn't find these type of women.
Also the mother is the same mother in Proverbs 31:8 which has a law. Yah is known as The Mother and Father to the Israelites in scripture and switches from a masculine frame to a feminine frame throughout scripture. That's why the female also is made in the image of Yah in Genesis 1:27
i just randomly remember this name after years 😂
Let me know what you think. What are your thoughts on this king is? Who was his mom?
Solomon.

How do you know King Lemuel is Solomon? He might not even be Jewish.
