Tim the intermediate position is a winding position and not a ghost date, I actually wish more manual wind watches did this as it makes it much easier to purchase the crown and wind the watch when it’s slightly pulled out
@@chia-mingyang5804it’s strange isn’t it, especially because the crown is smaller on credor watches. I’m just going by what GS told me when I asked them the question
Tim, you forgot something about the dial. The eight pointed star at the bottom of the dial means it’s a special dial. The hands and indices are made of 14k white gold.
I really wish GS would put this movement in a steel watch at a more approachable price point. I find GS pricing, especially the newer models to be priced quite high. Fortunately there are deals to be had in the secondary market.

Inside info alert!
My 7R14(the predecessor of 9R02) doesn't have the "winding position"

@hammalamiri12 I don't have any problem to wind my Eichi II.
@@chia-mingyang5804my absolute grail, congrats on having an incredible watch and must be lovely to wind

sold out already??
Gorgeous piece.
Perfect! I wonder how much it is? Great video!
50k retail, so I'd imagine more
Am I the only one for whom the "shop this watch" link never works?
It means the watch already sold.
Great timepiece!
Magnificent.
Wow
Terrific. I'm glad the Europeans are acknowledged here.
It's crazy how infrequently the "shop this watch" URLs just don't work. You'd think you'd confirm this before posting.
If you have to click a url to buy this watch then you are not buying it
@@hammalamiri12 possibly the most idiotic comment I've ever seen on RUclips...Kudos, truly.
Everyone knows to email with the sku
@@HRM.H Definitely...it would be stupid to want to take a closer look at a listing to see additional details. How stupid that would be

No reason to put such highly rare movement in a steel case.
You can get spring drive in steel? What’re you talking about?
@@lukewalker889 A lot of steel Spring Drive models in the lineup.
@@lukewalker889you can but they are not finished to this standard.

@ ah I was listening to the wrong number, thanks. That’s the perfect size for a dress watch lol
Massive for your tiny wrists maybe. It’s really not large in the grand scheme of things.
