My stream looks a lot better than some of Streamlabs Prime options now! I love having a unique brand colored background for my away screens now. The blend mode tip was awesome, spent 20 minutes just fine tuning to get exactly what I wanted.

As much all this might look cool, usually animated overlays or even frames annoy the eye as they're unnecessary things moving in the background, unless, you make them really slow.
Also it's really up to the game but there's a reason why many streamers go with a simple frame or even themselves with just green screen as they try to have the game as much maximized as possible, as that's the main focus, and twitch or youtube have already resized windows.
I know this is all just to give instructions and tutorial but doing my commentator part, remember to stay as minimal as possible, maybe have a bigger game windows.
Aside from this, this all works and it's a great tutorial ♥

Hi! I've been watching a couple of your OBS vids as I'm currently moving away from Twitch Studio into something with a little more to it. I appreciate the work you've put into these how to's - if I could add any suggestion maybe add some timestamps in your videos.
Also, the nested scenes video was really helpful, but now I'm wondering what would be better - to create everything right in OBS or perhaps use StreamElements Overlays as a source instead?

hi, for gaming stream i used older version 2.6 for my low end laptop 8gb ram and 2 cores with 30fps and all given supported setting but always it lags, even in my past it never lags when version 2.6 did not have any new update. let me know what is solution for this ?

Now i've 1 question, how i can see the chat on the stream while i've only 1 monitors working, any special tricks?,
im tried to do with opening the chat from my phones and it kinda hard since thats is 2 different device and paying attention on 2 device are kind of stupid, then least it will brokening my speed (stability) stream when im doing that.

How do I copy all the information from obs to put back on computer usually use, but. which is being repaired now and will need a reentering of all obs info.
You can copy your obs program files to the computer you want to put it on and also make sure that you have all the files that you used like the images for the backgrounds ect.
Copy your obs program files onto a removable drive and when you get back your other computer you paste it in the program files or wherever you want to paste it and then you will need to find the obs.exe and the right click and click create shortcut
Then you can drag that shortcut to your desktop and drag it to the Taskbar to pin it
Hopefully this helps
You can just go into your profile and export the profiles you want. Then you can do the same with the scene collections you want. Take those files with you assets for those scenes. Move them to the other machine and import them. You may have to point it to the new assets if the folder structure is different on the new machine, but that should only take a few minutes.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. Today I will start my Livestream with OBS. Around 7:00 you have all these text options like align and such. I don't seem to have these options. Only the basics (font, size, text). Any ideas on how I can have also these options?
Make sure your obs is fully up to date Are you using Mac?

I used a template from one of the sites I joined for 7 dollars a month. I just have one question. I have my gameplay in a smaller part of it. Will that make viewers not watch it as long?
Do you have some idea why when I use OBS and Stream to RUclips, why the link it says is the URL for the live stream, will not open so easily in web browsers? When I add the URL Steam link that RUclips says I should, my computer wants to open in VLC player. My client says this is too complicated. Not sure why the link doesn't just open to RUclips window to start watching?

As long as the assets are optimized it can work. I use a 5 year old pc for everything.
Pixlr e is pot I use it for all my editing stuff
