BAIL APPLICATION - TAMSOM HATUIKULIPI 20 AUGUST 2024 Part 2

Continuation of Tamson Hatuikulipi's bail application in the Windhoek High Court before Judge David Munsu.
The state is expected to cross-examine Hatuikulipi in today's proceedings.
Hatuikulipi’s third attempt at bail commenced in May, where he continued to maintain that his relationship with the Icelandic fishing company Samherji was solely business-related.
After cross-examining Hatuikulipi, the state is expected to call ACC chief investigator Andreas Kanyangela as a witness.
