  • The state is disputing former Fishcor chief executive Mike Nghipunya's claim that fishing quota proceeds of more than N$81 million were paid to Swapo through the bank accounts of two law firms. It said only N$6 million went to Swapo through two law firms while the rest of the stolen funds were shared among Fishrot accused
Nghipunya is linked to around N$72 million worth of deals he made in a private capacity. These details are part of the bail hearing of Nghipunya that started on 2 November 2021.

Those fishrot corruption people never cared about the people who lost their jobs because of them, not even about how there family's would survive without 💰 to support the family, fishrot corruption scandal has destroyed the workers who lost their jobs because of these criminals and now they cry about being with there family's, what about the workers family's who lost their jobs, let those who committed corruption fraud at the fishrot stay in jail until sentence. We hope that the justice system of Namibia will make sure that these corruption criminals know that No One is above the law. 😠

Justice will prevail in end, let us not manipulate the systems to make things easier for individuals who didn’t consider the importance of our laws by by protecting our resources. People lost jobs due to criminal activities that led to awarding quotas to international Companies with ill intend only to benefit themselves. It’s wrong they didn’t consider the livelihood of those who lost their jobs.

Samherji bled us dry, they sucked and sucked and sucked until Stefan's moral sense for humanity. Our boyz cared zero, overdozed on cash and became junkies. They need lenient rehabilitation. Anybody were a part they'd end up cash-junkies too. It was a wild ride and now everyone's getting their sense back...bit by bit. The game of life and money and state-law... Go figure!

Interestingly The state will loose this case because they don’t have big balls for this trial . The had enough time to prepare for this case but the way I look at it no one is give the fishrot tough time. Now they look at each other in dread thinking we had lost 😂😂😂😂😂

@the_Namibian, why is your sound recording devices so rubbish, the sound cuts out and there's no noise cancellation to cut out the sound of the construction work. Stop being stingy and spend more on proper equipment and qualified personnel. also why did you cut the video feed? Are you trying to reduce the transparency of this court hearing?
