I’m American Alpine F1 fan due to loving the original A110 history in Rally and love Renault ( even though we don’t get Renault in USA) for the hatchback they build like the RS250 Megane or the Clio. Plus they’re Alpinestar team who I’m an Astar fanboy.

Then Fisichella joined Force India, so i was rooting for Force India. Then i stopped watching f1 until 2013. I became a Force India fan because they never had a lot of money so i wanted them to win. When Hulkenberg joined Force India in 2014 i was rooting for him to get a Podium. In 2018 he joined Renault and in 2018 Force India went bankrupt. So since then i have been a Renault fan. Then they turned into Alpine so i am now an Alpine fan. And i am depressed since 2023

I started following F1 back in 2016 after I got the F1 2016 game, Nico was my first favorite driver. Then it was Seb when Nico retired, Ive stayed with the prancing horse tho. 🐎 I follow Williams too but not because of Logan, its the rich history. I love driving some of those early 90s cars in the simulator. I respect McLaren and love this rivalry renewal.

Not all of us who support Alpine are French! A lot of us, at least in the UK, are relatives of the staff who work at Enstone. Admittedly, our support is more about supporting the people we love, who are going through hell right now. Supporting Alpine itself is just an exercise in exasperation, and working for them is like being in an abusive relationship. At least we're not dead last anymore 😅
