Vettel, Max or Lewis have only ever been trully great in one single team and environment (I know about the McLaren days for Lewis but it was a single minor change, I'll consider him on parr with Senna Prost Lauda or Schumacher if he wins with Ferrari, as we both know is unlikely to happen). I'd love to see Max leave Red Bull and proove he's not just Adrian Newey's drone on track. I do believe, despite my disliking of him, that he is the best pilot we've got on the grid right now (potential exception for rookie Alonso). But I'm confident other talents will come if they are just given a chance. Piastri is still hitting his pace. Pourchaire Drugovich and Antonelli are just waiting for a chance to show what they're made of ! If FIA could just get their shit together we may very well still have a few great years in front of us, here's hoping !

Im 54 and love McLaren. I think the drivers are so wholesome and I like the fact that the team are fighting and making strides forward. But I do miss the old drivers like Kimi and Vettel...and, of course, I love Alonso (and Yuki because hes hilarious). And you are definitely right Grosjean was very pretty but so are Hamilton and Sainz...Charles, Lando and Oscar are just babies.

I got introduced to f1 when I was ~8 years old because my older brother would wake up early to watch the races on the TV. I have always heard of Schumacher and Hamilton throughout my life but never got the chance to witness the beauty that is F1 until recently when I came across an edit which is kinda meme-like but also thirstttappy lol but thankfully slowly progressed to the point I actually watch the races and enjoy the memes and develop an interest to learn about the sport and history. This is such a well detailed explanation of the fans. Very thorough. Impressive work. I have always heard of Schumacher and Hamilton throughout my life but never got the chance to witness the beauty that is F1 until recently when I came across an edit which is kinda meme-like but also thirstttappy lol but thankfully slowly progressed to the point I actually watch the races and enjoy the memes and develop an interest to learn about the sport and history. So far F1 has made me happy so i guess im still not invested enough.
