Hi Julia,am Robert,a point guard from Nairobi,Kenya playing for Kenyatta University,who is trying to improve my shooting form. I have to say your Shooting Basics video is the best i've seen and i must confess that it has improved my shooting percentage. My major problem was holding the basketball wrong and after the little tip you gave that emphasized using the index and middle fingers last to release the ball, i adjusted and my shot got better.Thankyu a million. Am a great fan. Kepp doing this is only for me.

I am sorry it took me so long to respond. Yes doing things at game speed is always tougher. You can practice what the video shows just at a very high speed. That is one way. I just take what I would do in a game and practice that at a very high speed. There's no special trick to it just getting comfortable with that speed.
