Hydrogen is merely an energy storage medium. It can be extracted from water, by using lots of energy. It can also be extracted from petroleum which does not solve the problem. The energy used to produce hydrogen all have byproducts. Perhaps hydro (dams) would work cleanly but it's just as easy to simply produce electricity that way and drive an electric car. The only real advantage from hydrogen is rapid refueling. Hydrogen does not keep well in storage either. It is the lightest element and literally leaks out of any storage used by squeezing between the molecules.
The number of moving parts, the distribution of fuel, any emission at all, HYDROGEN looses except refuel time.... Tesla just has to make a car that changes batteries, charges the one taken out, when one put in is charged from last customer. This would also not put the onus of battery on the customer and would allow for upgrades of battery technologies to be implemented in existing transportation base, distribution of electricity is in place no need to distribute tanker trucks full of electrons. Anyone betting on hydrogen as a fuel source for cars is stupid.
The Water Powered Engine knocks this EV out of the game. Elon Musks water engine makes its own hydrogen through electrolosis, it does not store vast amounts of Hydrogen on board with all the evident dangers involved in doing that. The water engine makes only enough green Hydrogen stored in a small tank which runs the car through direct Hydrogen to Electricity Fuel Cells, the only fuel needed is WATER. 1. Water can not be taxed by government, Hydrogen at the pumps an be taxed. 2, No searchig for Hydrogen stations all you would use is a water hose pipe to fill up . 3, Insainly cheap to run, 4. Eviromentally perfect. 5. Uses electric motors Direct drive as per present Tesla EV´s. A secnd Fuel cell drives the electrical systems. 6. Large amounts of on board Hydrogen is not needed (less weight). 7. There are NO Octain levels in Hydrogen to worry about, once you have generated the hydrogen its ready for use. John
Toyota on the right track 👍
EV's that have a battery that needs charging via the grid is a death end....

One ev being built is more toxic than and ic engine car being built and running its life
Hydrogen is the new car EV’s are garbage

That is why this technology can only be implemented After the fall of the gl obal ca b al
CO2 is plant food & needed...
Propaganda for EV's .... nothing more...
Yes hydrogen is the answer
