You have a lot to learn about animation... but... the Tron related vfx were pretty spot-on :-)
This is pretty damn good, and actually gave me chills! I do have some words of advice: the sound effects could use some work, perhaps using longer lasting ones, for instance the intro theme; also the walking sounds could take some syncing work with the walk cycle. Some reverb might even be nice. Oh, and I like the hoofstep sounds on the grid a lot, you should stick with those, but once again, reverb.
Also, the walk cycles and Spike's books. But other than that, this has some damn good potential.

The "pupil size" is not any part of a body group, nor a certain model or editing, but a skin. Changing the skin of a pony from the 3 different skins available will change the pupil size to normal, medium, and small.

Tron wasnt digital. It was a analog world from which could only be accessed by a scanning laser. The thing that makes the Grid from other computer world fictions, is that matter is ACTUALLY there. All the information on the Grid is product of permission leveled programming made by a human naturally at superuser access, as they declare constructs and entities and ideology to true intelligences. It is more like a doorway to a synthetic universe which was tailored to be logical by a programmer.

I assume Twilight built that machine (at least she appeared to know what buttons to push in order to make it work) so wouldn't she know what it does, I mean, it doesn't seem like Twilight to not thoroughly analyze something before being the machine's first guinea pig (or guinea pony if you will).
