Since my brain surgery in 1992 I have gone thru hell and back... when 10 days after it, I had a severe depression. Within 2 months I had 3 suicide attempts. During the calm of my 3rd attempt I had a vision from God himself. He said, " Don't ever try that again. I am not done with you yet." My life took on a whole new meaning after that. I got the psychiatric help I needed & the right medications from the doctors to cure my depression. I am high on Life now... A life filled with the help of the Holy Spirit leading me to Jesus Christ who is at the Father's right hand, ready to come back to earth at the Father's command and best wishes. Life is beautiful with Jesus by my side! I believe that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. With The comforter by my side I will have a more peaceful life filled with God's word, as written in the Bible... for all the prophets of the Bible were inspired by the influence of the Holy Spirit. God does not lie, as written in Titus 1:1-2 . Look it up & believe ! 🙏
Michael, it's common and terrible, I went through major surgery, had my stomach removed, and my mind took a serious dive, after the surgery with some enquiries I was told about this post surgery anxiety and depression, I'm still in it, but believing for healing, god bless mate, these recordings are helping me too👍

My husband that God gave me that I've divorced & remarried twice told me he was no longer in love with me & l eft me for 6 months. I'm thankful to say that we're back together**I think. He bought himself a Harley Davidson & it's like the bike means more to him than I do. I just put all my faith & hope in the joy of my Saviors salvation. I'm a teen too. It's easy to distance from something when you don't have the physical reminder. For the past month, whenever I prayed, it was like throwing out the words and hoping they reached him somewhere up above through the air waves, distant from me. But today for the first time in a while I actually sat myself down and prayed to him with a genuine need to reach out, and of course He never disappoints. I hope that this gives you hope. It's not easy to 'be a Christian' as a teen in today's distractions. But it is so easy, so natural, and so beautiful to turn to God for help, find refuge in him, and be safe and un-alone. When I was a child, I wasn't exactly a Christian but I felt like, in my heart, there wasn't a possible reality where there wasn't something higher than us. There had to be a God in this universe, somewhere - because without God what would existence be? It just feels wrong, and so isolating. So I remember that feeling whenever I start to doubt. I remind myself of, before I became a Christian, what I was looking for: the glorious but unknown being I knew had to exist. And now I've found him. And I don't want to forget.
Well the Bible says that if you draw nigh to Him He will draw nigh to you. I have felt His presence! He is MIGHTY and WONDERFUL! Maybe fast for a while and pray and repent. He will help you. I pray the Lord be with you.

Back in 1992 I was cursed with bi-polar illness after a strange brain surgery. Ten days later and within 2 months I suffered 3 suicide attempts. I was placed in the psychiatric ward to resolve my depression. After many failed attempts with different drugs to cure my depression, I was tried on Lithium... VOILA ! I was a new man. Strangely, I remembered a vision I had during my third suicide attempt. God had appeared to me said "Don't try that again... I am not done with you yet!" The rest was beautiful history. My psychiatrist eventually took me off the Lithium and placed me on Valproic Acid... I call them my happy pills. I have a positive outlook on life now. No more depression. I have so much to be thankful for. The Lord is the One I pray to all day long & I am at peace with myself. I love my neighbour as myself. That's the story of my life now. I love my life. The Holy Spirit is my comforter and guide to help keep me feeling positive all day long. Thank-you Lord for sending the Helper to point us in the right direction even though it is a narrow path... many are called, but few are chosen.
I'm passing for a very strong episode of, pain, sorrow, sadness and anxious time. The person that I love more had a coma. It stops that terrible flood of adrenaline upon wake-up.Oh it's terrible and alot people just can't relate but I'll NEVER forget going the YEARS of that morning dread.) because your body is over pumping those fight or flight hormones like a faucet that has been running a year and has destroyed the house-your body. It could be genetic and I tried all supplements and natural stuff just to realize that beta blockers are very safe any effective. Imagine waking up for once without that unbearable anxiety? My mother had cancer and it really hit me . I was alone, felt like no one was there for me. But still, i had faith in God, as he surely knew what he was doing. So I opened up the bible, and started reading job. It really felt like God was sustaining and supporting me. So I just focused on my days, whithout thinking too much about my mother. The doctors successfully removed the tumors from her stomach without damaging any of the other organs wich is very rare in this surgery. They almost completely removed her stomach. Now she's healthy and that's just for God's glory and mercy. If there is someone with a similar situation, don't lose hope. God sees further than us. He knows better. Just trust him, and find comfort in his grace. God bless 🙏❤️

Starting my day with a passage or more from the Bible each day set the foundation for the rest of my day. My whole day ends up being a day spent in prayer to God who guides me every step of the way during my day. Prayer to God is SO powerful, especially if it is done all day long.
This is one of the better ones. Lots of different apps but this is perhaps the best one. It speaks directly to me and my 2 little bears (dogs). Unfortunately it’s 4:20am and I still can’t sleep. Hard to stop taking care of yourself and fully trust God to do it. Childhood trauma teaches you you're not safe, and there's no one to save you but you. It takes many years to trust God or anyone else for that matter.

Since my brain surgery in 1992 I have gone thru hell and back... when 10 days after it, I had a severe depression. Within 2 months I had 3 suicide attempts. During the calm of my 3rd attempt I had a vision from God himself. He said, " Don't ever try that again. I am not done with you yet." My life took on a whole new meaning after that. I got the psychiatric help I needed & the right medications from the doctors to cure my depression. I am high on Life now... A life filled with the help of the Holy Spirit leading me to Jesus Christ who is at the Father's right hand, ready to come back to earth at the Father's command and best wishes. Life is beautiful with Jesus by my side! I believe that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. With The comforter by my side I will have a more peaceful life filled with God's word, as written in the Bible... for all the prophets of the Bible were inspired by the influence of the Holy Spirit. I'm a teen too. It's easy to distance from something when you don't have the physical reminder. For the past month, whenever I prayed, it was like throwing out the words and hoping they reached him somewhere up above through the air waves, distant from me. But today for the first time in a while I actually sat myself down and prayed to him with a genuine need to reach out, and of course He never disappoints. I hope that this gives you hope.
It's not easy to 'be a Christian' as a teen in today's distractions.
But it is so easy, so natural, and so beautiful to turn to God for help, find refuge in him, and be safe and un-alone.
When I was a child, I wasn't exactly a Christian but I felt like, in my heart, there wasn't a possible reality where there wasn't something higher than us. There had to be a God in this universe, somewhere - because without God what would existence be? It just feels wrong, and so isolating.
So I remember that feeling whenever I start to doubt. I remind myself of, before I became a Christian, what I was looking for: the glorious but unknown being I knew had to exist. And now I've found him. And I don't want to forget.
Well the Bible says that if you draw nigh to Him He will draw nigh to you. I have felt His presence! He is MIGHTY and WONDERFUL! Maybe fast for a while and pray and repent. He will help you. I pray the Lord be with you.

Back in 1992 I was cursed with bi-polar illness after a strange brain surgery. Ten days later and within 2 months I suffered 3 suicide attempts. I was placed in the psychiatric ward to resolve my depression. After many failed attempts with different drugs to cure my depression, I was tried on Lithium... VOILA ! I was a new man. Strangely, I remembered a vision I had during my third suicide attempt. God had appeared to me said "Don't try that again... I am not done with you yet!" The rest was beautiful history. My psychiatrist eventually took me off the Lithium and placed me on Valproic Acid... I call them my happy pills. I have a positive outlook on life now. No more depression. I have so much to be thankful for. The Lord is the One I pray to all day long & I am at peace with myself. I love my neighbour as myself. That's the story of my life now. I love my life. The Holy Spirit is my comforter and guide to help keep me feeling positive all day long. Thank-you Lord for sending the Helper to point us in the right direction even though it is a narrow path... many are called, but few are chosen.

My mother had cancer and it really hit me . I was alone, felt like no one was there for me. But still, i had faith in God, as he surely knew what he was doing. So I opened up the bible, and started reading job. It really felt like God was sustaining and supporting me. So I just focused on my days, whithout thinking too much about my mother. The doctors successfully removed the tumors from her stomach without damaging any of the other organs wich is very rare in this surgery. They almost completely removed her stomach.
Now she's healthy and that's just for God's glory and mercy.
If there is someone with a similar situation, don't lose hope. God sees further than us. He knows better. Just trust him, and find comfort in his grace.

Words are powerful. They are like seeds - when we believe them, when we dwell on them, they'll take root. They can grow and become what we're saying.
Words are more than just powerful... they are a great form of communication. Such are the Words in the Bible and such are the words of our prayers. They communicate our needs to God our Father. He listens. He answers our prayers because He sees our faith in Him.

Starting my day with a passage or more from the Bible each day set the foundation for the rest of my day. My whole day ends up being a day spent in prayer to God who guides me every step of the way during my day. Prayer to God is SO powerful, especially if it is done all day long.

This is one of the better ones. Lots of different apps but this is perhaps the best one. It speaks directly to me and my 2 little bears (dogs). Unfortunately it’s 4:20am and I still can’t sleep. I love the message and tone of voice plus I pray as I listen to this. Maybe my sleep patterns will get back to normal. May God Bless us all of good nature in these wicked times. Don't stop praying! Add meditation to your prayer, read the bible and do things that bring you Joy, Peace & Happiness. Keep your vibration high and protect your energy always. If you feel anxiety coming on, pray, take a deep breath and hold it for a minute, and think of the issue that's causing you to feel anxious then exhale and release it back to heaven so that it can be cleansed and returned to you clean! You can also develop a deeper relationship with GOD; you have your Higher Self, Spirit Guide and your Archangel & Angels, they are at your disposal to reach out to for divine guidance as well. You are NEVER alone! GOD Loves all his children and slowly you will begin to realize how much better you're beginning to feel. Love & Light my friend; we are all "ONE!" Hard to stop taking care of yourself and fully trust God to do it. Childhood trauma teaches you you're not safe, and there's no one to save you but you. It takes many years to trust God or anyone else for that matter.
