I'm 67 and I got bit by COVID a few weeks ago but with the help of The Holy Spirit and God's Wisdom...I recovered at home without medicine. I know God created doctors but He is the divine Physician. B encouraged. I was also healed from panic attacks.

I had so much anxiety, and was crying out to God to take it away. I put this meditation on, and while I was in a crying prayer, it seemed like the prayers from this man were in direct relation from what I was praying out loud. Eventually my cries settled down, and I listened to the prayers which calmed me completely.
These prayer meditations are a blessing for everyone that suffers from anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia etc.

I have really bad Anxiety it gets so bad that I have really bad panic attacks and feeling overwhelmed but I always pray to God and ask him to help me and this Anxiety away and God is always there he always helps me feel better because I know he is always with me and I am so grateful for God in my life
You’re not alone in your struggles. The Bible is filled with examples of God’s people fighting negative thoughts and crying out to God.
This is what David wrote in Psalm 25:16-18:
"Turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.
Relieve the troubles of my heart and free me from my anguish.
Look on my affliction and my distress and take away all my sins."
Whatever emotion you’re struggling with today, you serve a God who understands your pain. He rescued David. He can rescue you, too.

I had 3 Strokes .One at 25 yrs old over a broken relationship of 8yrs. At 53 had one from stress and domestic violence. At 54 due to stress, loss of job,now homeless...I Thank God am alive .But God give me Grace and mercy. I know now He does love me ...Whoever out there feeling lost and tired. I start school tomorrow and I have this immense amount of anxiety I'm so nervous I can't sleep I have butterflies in my chest. It happens every year so im turning to God and I hope he can relive this pressure.

I woke up listening to Tyler’s voice describing God’s creation. Best good mornings ever…chest pain still persists due to inflammation but spirit is at peace … no panic attacks, no anxiety, just peace of mind in the presence of my Lord, Jesus Christ … Oh Lord my lord, God almighty… I’m humbled at the thoughts of heaven’s story…God’s perfect glory. This is one of the most powerful prayers. My life was changed for good. I’ve experienced his mighty power. I’m an army veteran. Since I retired back on 2007 I haven’t been able to sleep. When the Fitbit came for the first time in 2015 it being monitored my sleep. Never had a full night sleep. Earlier this I bought the sense, then the sense-2 I saw the recording since from back then. The PTSD was getting worse and the sleeping pattern was from bad to worse. So a socia worker told me to practice the breathing, then meditation, then prayers. But I only was able to see a five to 10 minutes meditation video. So I started to search and I was scrolling up and down. When I saw this video. So I started to listening, then I followed the instructions. Then all of the sudden. I had a great feeling. Also felt something that was burning kind of feeling. I even felt that I was sinking on the pillow and the mattress. Then I started to ask the lord to help me and I also asked him for his mercy and forgiveness. Then immediately I felt that heavy pressure and that enormous pressure and heavy load was exiting from my chest and the whole body. I started to cry so much and being so grateful with his mercy and for his love and the forgiveness. Since then. I had a great conversation with him and he said to me to share my feelings and my testimony to the world. To tell the truth and to share my experiences with others. He also told me to help others. Also to tell that experience and to have the absolute surrender and to humble myself. And I how I was able to get cured and everything through my faith. And to serve him. Also to show those reading from the Fitbit device. To support my experience and to believe and to surrender to him complete. He also told me to stop taking those medication to help me sleep and to calm my anxiety that I’ve been suffering for many years. Now I don’t take those medication anymore. I am now able to sleep. Also that he is the best physician and he never prescribed me medications. I am the living proof for his own glory and honor. In the name of Jesus Christ.
