Hello hope you are fine sir.. im a civil engineer from pakistan… I appreciate your working in want to ask you a question when i design storm and domestic sewage system of our system i often propose a system of under ground pipelines and open storm water channels the problem i face in this system is that here in pakistan we collect storm water and sewage in a wet well then pumps it into nearby drain and so it goes to rives and ocean ultimately… in order to preserve this water and let it percolate into ground water we need to let water stay in pound for a while but we dont give provisions for pounds here and during stormy season the pressure is to quickly clean roads and streets from water so how can we preserve water then.. thanks please
