nice to see this gpu still rocks today, i recently upgrade to HP S0009AX with rtx 4060 and man it's so nice to play games with cool temp, idk why my previous laptop with gtx 1650 and i5 10300h always overheat with 93 celsius on cpu and 87 on gpu in just 15 minutes of play and because it's so hot my laptop always lag af to cool down the temp
1)Make sure your gpu drivers and windows are updated 2)try overclocking the gpu(check if the temp is not too high or it will cause slutter and crashes) 3)use upscaling if available and turn off vsync and try to lower your ingame graphic settings depending on the perfomance 4)Try to run the game on SSD 5)Use perfomance high settings on nvidia control panel 6)if the fps is too low (try at your own risk) try using perfomance mods if available 7)Make sure the background apps are minimal and prioritise your app to high(Open task manager go to services or ig details right click the exe file and set the affinity to high) Hope this helps✌

What about your room temperature ? This is also something that affects the temperature of laptop. Turn on cooler boost when Playing games. Additional cooler pad stand helps reduce temperature
