I stayed literally 4 houses away from queens bath. We rode our bikes there real early and there were no cars. Google said i had arrived but i couldn't tell where this place was lol so we just keep riding around and came across a BEAUTIFUL beach called Hideaway beach. Honestly we really loved it there, its very close to Queens bath and secluded as well. On the way back we went by Queens Bath and there was lots of cars this time and i seen where people were heading out of so we decided to explore and found it finally.
@@RealAdventureTheory I enjoyed the vid a lot and I wish somebody would make a vid showing people the difference between Queen's Bath and the Pool of Death because too many people here on the tube or calling the Pool of Death Queen's Bath .
I enjoy vids like this where they play little or no music and you can hear the sound of the water and just hear it the way it really is just to make us really feel we're there .
@RealAdventureTheory unfortunately Queens bath was closed last October when we were there. We are heading to Oahu in March 2024 for the wife's bday. Don't know much about the island except when I was stationed in Peral Harbor in 1999.
@@gardensofthegods I wish I could go back and remake my Kauai videos. I've learned so much about filming and editing since then. in the early days I refused to talk in videos, but now I wish I did and this is a good example. I simply wrote that the death pool wasn't the bath but I should have spent a bit more time on the difference.
WAUW, Amazing thanks, Wilma from the Netherlands/ was there in 1990

I wanted the put a mask on and go underwater in Queens bath but I was a chicken. I love that waterfall cave. Great video! Thanks ☺️
Well, there wasn't much to see in the bath so at least you didn't miss out on too much there.
Love the videos. The wife and I will be in Kauai in October. Definitely heading to Queens bath again. Awesome little pool.
Nice and Thanks! While you're there look up the turtle cave, it's in the area

I would call that the "broken bones" trail.
Awesome I will be there
Slippery terrain but I wanna go. If only I can find my old golf shoes with real spikes.

WOW!!
This was a really fun hike. Just not in winter. Trail probably closed in winter because of high surf.
Why are there people there? Didn't they lock the gate???
Typically they only lock it in winter during high surf. This was filmed in summer.
