To be honest, I personally wouldn't think this is dedicated to Minwoo for a few reasons. One being that the chorus is "Like a fool, I'm still loving you". I think this is meant more as someone who still loves an ex or someone who doesn't reciprocate their feelings. Another reason I feel this isn't about Minwoo is because no one from 100% or even from all of Top Media seems to bring him up anymore. After he passed away, the company announced it, a couple of the members posted a small remembrance post on Insta, & then never spoken about him again as if he never existed. There wasn't even a happy birthday post for him in February. If they don't post about him on his death anniversary next week, then I'll be very disappointed. I read a few fans assumed "Remember" is about him, but I haven't seen any of them officially say if that is true.

I just saw that they didn't post in Instagram or Facebook but posted for Rokkhyun's birthdaya few days later. & as for "Remember", I tried look for lyrics but couldn't find any. I did see that someone translated a video & note of Rokkhyun talking about the song & that it was written with someone he missed in mind but that wasn't enough evidence for me to assume it was for sure Minwoo. I could be wrong about those, I'm not saying that I don't believe you. I was just stating what I have & haven't noticed/seen the past year since he passed away.
