HOW I CULTIVATE MY "NEW" PHRAGMIPEDIUMS FROM ECUAGENERA AND IS IT ALWAYS TRUE ABOUT THE ROOTS?

    Hi Karin wow that was a really good video featuring your Phragmipediums they are absolutely magnificent 👏 you have quite the collection I'm impressed 😀
    I have just the Phragmipedium kovachii it is the most expensive orchid to date 3 💯 £sss So fingers crossed it does well and blooms 🤞

      @@GazzybearsOrchidAddiction-i7o Thank you my friend! 😀 I love my collection I really do. My 2 kovachii are gone.. U need to get them nfs of if U can afford it though... I paid 100 euro + shipping for a 2 years to fs one very weak.. but well, as wd say here in Sweden 'its learning money'

      @@KarinsOrchids Indeed they are expensive .. sorry yours have gone mine is flowering size now I need to give it a bit more TLC ❤️ I think 🤔 but it is growing ok at the moment 🤞🙏👍

      This is a lovely video n a great collection you've got.
      I think i will switch to your system n see how it goes.
      I would like to ask, can you give a list of what you use in your growing medium n why do you have a peg/stick next to your plants?

      @@lanreoranyeli2248 Thank you my friend for your positive feedback! 😀😀 In my mix I use:
      Small- medium grade pine bark.
      Chredded dry nrw Zealand sphagnum moss.
      Small grade perlite
      Small grade pure charcoal from leaf trees.
      Grow stones/ pumice
      Crushed seashells
      Limestones are also ok instead of crushed seashells and the growstones/pumice.
      About the stick:
      Thats a routine I have. To stabilize the plant and also to push the tilting growth up. In case of some flowering its nicer if the spike grows straight.
