Instead of getting kcups and having to keep buying them so often (because they can get expensive) I recommend getting one of the reusable kcup things that you can put coffee grounds in.. I usually spend $5 every 2 months to just buy coffee grounds and the reusable cup usually costs $5 depending where you get it

I am just gonna say this. Why do you say you are not "a medicine person?" I understand if you want to stay away from painkillers and stuff but normal flu/cold/fever/diahorreah medicine does no harm to your body and is actually very very useful. And it is basically a stupid idea to stay away from medicine as much as you can because a small infection can turn things over in a very bad way if you dont take medicine in time. Maybe overuse is bad but just be like a normal person nd treat your problems with medicine whenever needed. Just saying my opinion
i try to avoid taking medicine because i don’t want my body to become dependent on it to get better. you build up a tolerance the more you take it (even the normal stuff) so i try to see medicine as a last resort not the very first thing i run to
