    YOU OVERFILLED IT!!!!!
AFAIK, if you fill it plump full, that 'center' hole will empty out when the fan is spinning (when the engine is running).
It won't be able to store the full amount of fluid you added, in the reservoir!
It will be engaged all the time...

Only did that for a reason, as i was planning to get my front intercooler fitted, that would be the only way to have cold air by not fitting an electric fan on the intercooler. Guess what...works kinda good cos that fan now is sucking like crazy and you can feel how much air is pulling through the intercooler and water radiator aswell.

I see you spinning the fan, should is spin more or less of its bad? I am wondering if mine needs some work…when I spin it? It almost doesn’t spin at all, way less than you have shown

shouldn't spin freely when engine is off, i mean when you spin it by hand, should drag a little,

it should spin with some resistance, not free wheeling

Very nice video, thinking I need to do this soon to my 80. I noticed you had 3 bottles of silicone oil. Did you use all 3? Also what viscosity did you use. Been reading that most recommended 10,000 cst.

I did used 2 bottles, I bought about 10 of them...from the RC toy shop, yes viscosity is 100,000 cst.

@@TheLandCruiserChannel I was about to ask the same. Then saw answer here.
There is a typo in your description above; don't know if you can edit it?
"Viscosity of the oil used in this repair is 100.000 CST."
[also use comma, not period. I'm not criticizing; yours is one of the best videos. But some viewers are totally unfamiliar in what to shop for, and may get 100 cst by mistake (about 30W oil!)]
      Thanks!

Используйте пмс 1000, пмс 10000 не используйте тк температура застывания +48 градусов, муфта будет постоянно включена.
