My problem with a "growth mindset" is that it is always accompanied by a "lean mindset", in other words, grow so you can do the work of the 2 people we are going to eliminate in addition to your work.
That is a fixed mindset, thinking you still need to be a wageslave at the end. You learn all you can at your work (even other people's job) so you can bring that lesson and experience to your own company.
@@inuhundchien6041 how many industries today have more than 2 to 3 competitors? "Entrepreneurial attitude" is just another corporate phrase for give us everything you've got, and maybe we'll pay you just enough that you don't riot. The game is in fact fixed.
The best thing about ideas and theories is to put them into action. I wish you the willpower needed to integrate into your life the principles learned. All the best to you!
Do you think having a clear conscience is pretty worthwhile cultivating too....even as a priority and an art of improvement too that benefits everybody, animals and plants etc?
