The cathedral is built in the shape of a broken cross - it could be "thought to symbolise the broken body of Christ "as commented elsewhere by someone. In fact the "stark and sombre interior" can make someone to think of Christ's death on the cross and the sacrifice it represents....the architect was a great Japanese architect, Kenzo Tange. Yes. In most areas of Tokyo, the flight of the unmanned aircraft is prohibited. However, in the case of safety it may flight is allowed. I am flying with the permission of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

I think that it is difficult practically. You must submit application to Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by several weeks in ordinary mail. You must show safety measures to receive permission, and the hobby use is hard to be accepted.
