Nah there are definitely some dads in here. I feel like I'm in the same position as you. Wife and I actually checked out the Uppababy Vista V2 and the Nuna Mixx Next at Dillard's yesterday. Uppababy felt a bit sturdier on the frame, but was a bit larger overall. Mixx next was our favorite though. Definitely going to be the 1 item we splurge that much on...aside from the convertible seat after baby outgrows the infant one. Only downside the mixx next has is the under basket is a bit small-ish holding up to 10lbs apparently.
Hi Dad, I'm Dad. I think we are going with the Vista V2. We want more than 1 kid. I'm afraid with the Nuna I would miss out on basket space with the 2nd seat in place. With 2 kids comes lots of crap. With me being lazy, I need a pack mule....which comes in the form of a basket lol. Nuna looks way better I'm just afraid of losing out on the basket space.
@RxPharmer apparently basket space isn't "too big" a problem since it can fit a bit more than what it says is its limit. The problem with the Vista is how "bulky" it is and how it can be annoying in tight areas. Also seating arrangements on those double strollers is quite annoying and awkward tbh. For 2 kids I'd recommend the bugaboo donkey.
I love the idea of owning such a historic brand like Silver Cross. So worth it to have a stroller that will last and last and last rather than be on its last legs by the time the first kid outgrows it. That harness height adjuster is great!

The Silver Cross is perfect for a modular stroller, that high weight limit for both seats, and ability to put either child in either position. And that basket is huge and unencumbered.

My best is always the silver cross double stroller. It's elegant and comfortable and at the same time very solid. I carry my 3year old and my 1 year old in it at the same time with ease. The bassinet is very roomy as well 🥰🥰🥰

After watching the video and going to the store the Nuna Mixx is my favorite. The baseless car seat is a definite plus since the seat will be going in at least 3 different cars.
