Yasu Al Masih yes! It was more fighting and scoring rather than raising your hand after a scoring attempt and appealing to the judges ...lobbying for a point. I competed in Nationals in 2010 and it was amazing how good some of these competitors were at lobbying and feigning injury to buy time. At least with the electronic scoring they have today, a lot of the controversy has been alleviated.
i wentvto this event and remember it well! went to TKD OPEN like 99-to 2002 and remember i think Denmark fighter got back kicked and it slipped/slid upward and broke his neck! bad scene

World champions?This stuff is horrible and has zero to do with real actual combat fighting. Try going to, say Taiwan and then fight a Muitaikickboxing guy in full contact no protective gear!?? It's a sport u say,ok fair enough, so then don't refer to it as fighting because it is simply sloppy slap sparring!I
