Interesting unique dishes like stuffed capsicum. We dont see in many Indian restaurants in USA. Lots of unique indian dishes. Colorful food. Hope you had a blast

Lovely ! Dallas needed this, New York and SFO has many such authentic places. The sea of Indian restaurants in DFW all left something to be desired.

India west was the first Indian fine dining in dfw to the ultimate level
Now there is windmill as well in the colony

I love Windmill but their menu is too short for me to re-visit. Another fine dining that's recently opened is the Flavor Lounge.

I have been there. Its expensive
