I’m very new to compound bow archery and I really appreciate the way you share your knowledge with us. I had started with an improper draw and strained my shoulder and developed some biceps tendon tearing but, I’m healing up nicely. I wish I had known about your channel before I started and, I would have likely avoided injuries.

I'm glad you found me. Stick to the doctor recommended rehab and exercises even if it feels totally fine. Get those muscles back in shape. If archery hurts, there's likely a fit problem.
