I'm so happy that Lingyi/Shiyi isn't fooled by Lianfang. They know she deliberately made Zhun sick. I'm just glad that Shiyi is smart/crafty and was able to out maneuver Lianfang to save him. @@AlexDKS89 he was waiting for her to go with him to thank the Marquis in person. It was such a precious gift that he assumed she would go and thank him in person. He sees his growing feelings for his wife/he was trying to help. The Marquis also thought that she would personally come and thank him. So he was waiting on her to make an appearance. Unfortunately she didn't catch the hint...lol

@@tulsi3549 He made a comment about her lack of manners when he went to see her...to tell her that he was leaving to help out the flood victims....He told her that she didn't even thank him for her gift...and walked away....that's when she came up with the idea of making him a pair of shoes...although the shoe idea came from Amber....he was very touched when she gave him the shoes...it was the turning point for both of them. I think this is the first time ever that he's been disappointed...lol He doesn't really care about his other concubines...but Shiyi is different...so for her not to show up and thank him in person....that had to be very disappointing for him...especially since he was looking to see if she was coming.
@@shontelagrone8713 yeah...and when more so that if this would be the case with his concubines they would run and cm to thank him😂..and for her to not cm and thank was disappointing for him...but it's so hilarious with General Fu adding fuel that she will..and it ended the other way😂..did he really mean those words when she gave him the shoes?..stitches not aligned..thick bottom. Etc?..that felt a bit rude..
