There's another track in Leeds called GT Karting. It's very fun, a lot of the lap is flat out with some nice high speed corners.

I live in Northern Ireland and wow am i jealous of the indoor tracks you guys have over there. That bridge corner is absolutely incredible
Went there yesterday for a work related event first time doing go karting. Fastest I could do was 43.5 seconds, we had a lot of yellow flags. Under the bridge very bumpy but went flat out in that section up until the last two corners
I gave this track a go last night. My racing experience is limited to the f1 games 😂 so only managed a 42.4. I watched your videos before going so thank you so much for them they helped massively!

Got a good line man just gotta keep tight to some of them corners I saw u was going quite wide so was losing speed there. Managed to get a 38.9 on this track 👍
I got told to aim for a 47/48 ( adult cart cadet ) and got a 43.418
am going go karting tommroow for the 2nd time i love it so much

I'd definitely recommend getting membership. If it's the £8 one, go on Monday nights for the 342s - they're not necessarily quiet, but the standard of driving is usually much higher. Monday 342s are great for setting fast consistent laps.
If you go for one of the other memberships, you can also do the Thursday events. Again, usually busy, but a great standard of driving, and you'll learn some race craft! 👍

Would you mind telling me how you go through most of the corners. For example those double hairpins, do you break a lot. I see you sort of drift through the corner but do you stay flat out the whole way through and sort of use the drifting to slow the car down?
So after the bridge it's a quick tap of the brake to get rotation, the next hairpin is a quick let off the accelerator. Pretty much the same with the 2 after the bridge apart from you can take the one onto the straight full throttle.
As @racerook7237 said. After the bridge, I wasn't braking for the right hand hairpin, just a lift.
Slight brake for the left of the double hairpins after you go under the bridge. The only other place I was braking was for the first hairpin.

Rob, do you think you could try out Crawley or maybe Farnborough? But Crawley is changing to Eletrick in mid-September. do you think you will make it or not?
Do you know the date Crawley is closing? I'm near Heathrow on the 16th and may be able to pop down if it's still open
On the 16 of September, I think they might be open still but not 100% sure tho there is a 3 for 2 and lots of open public sessions so I think it will still be petrol.
