You have to apply in ece bc registry site. Find a employer by applying talk to them they will help you. Usually an employer can hire you and can wait for your certification upto 3 months.

@@skaur9903 From the last recent years after 2018 Alberta Child Care Dept. is considering Indian B.Ed course as a level 1. If you have completed any additional course equivalent to Child care from India (specially mentioned in query) then you can expect level2/3 otherwise not.
