rind of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of QBB GHEE
a pinch of salt
1 tsp sunquick juice
1/2 cup icing sugar
a drop of yellow food colour
2 cups all purpose flour

Hi Siva , may I ask you why are your cookie and cake recipes mostly eggless , cus using condensed milk , makes them too sweet , cus when I use sugar I usually reduce them , thank you

Im using condensed milk replacing sugar. If you dont like sweet you can reduce further like i mention in d recipe. Try it first. Im sure you will like it. Using condensed milk in cakes is normal. Many bakers do this as a replacement for sugar and eggs. Please try it first. It will be good only. Just reduce a bit if you are doubting...
