If I may add, as a hairdresser, I like the fact that this is a short bristle but thick core styling tool. I have found in my years of doing hair, to get a faster & fuller style, you want short bristles on any brush you use. I understand this is a brush to mimic a salon blowout. Some people have trouble coordinating a brush & blowdry combo. With this you can probably just blast dry then use this to shape & smooth as your hairdresser would with a blowout. But even with drying while brushing, it’s a nicer & fuller look when your hair doesn’t have to go through an inch of bristles to get to a skinny core. It’s just a nicer look going through tiny bristles and a fat core. I ended up ordering one myself. Thank you for your review.?

This is great information- thanks so much for sharing. That’s definitely what this tool is made for - to give that blowout look. I was very impressed with the results and I agree that this would help those that have trouble with a brush and blowout combo. That also makes sense why the bristles are so short! Glad the review was helpful and have a great day!

This is a GREAT tool. Btw, the reason your book doesn't have short hair styling tips is probably because you didn't get the smallest size. They definitely have a tool for shorter hair. Also, someone in the comments said they needed one that blows hot hair. Just an fyi.... I let my hair dry and then style it with this brush. Haven't used a hair dryer since I got this brush. It is AMAZING!!!

I’m with you. My pixie is super short and sometimes I’d like to do something different but I need a smaller barrel section.

I like your hair cut. What was that spray you used at the end? I have this same styling tool but my hair is VERY thin (I'm 67) and I do not get as much volume as you got.

This was helpful. I have fine hair. So after a wash and style brush looks ok. But next day all flat and don’t have luck with curling brush it gets to curly and looks like an old lady. Btw I’m I’m 70 but don’t think I am🤣🤣

I also have short hair and found this somewhere else for 1/2 the price. Can you please tell me what size you used in this video? The one I found is 1.77

@@sagedawn I ended up going with the mid size! My hair is very similar to yours, but I tend to keep the top shorter. So I would not be able to use the larger one right after I cut my hair. I’ve cut mine myself for many years & am so impressed by yours & your mom’s cutting skills!

Yes, you are looking for a hot air brush. I really like the Jinri hot air brush that does this which you can find on Amazon. Calista also has a good one that’s a bit more pricey.
