    I like it. There is so much space in the back that two people wouldn't go stir crazy after being stuck in there for hours on rainy days. I like the seperation of living/eating, cooking, washing and sleeping areas with 2 permanent, usable, beds. It means that the early riser can get up, get dressed, have a coffee or breakfast while the lazy one has a lie in. The two rear seatbelts would be used for harnessing the dogs.
    The downside is selling a £90k motorhome to the wife even though, when compared to many alternatives, it is good VFM and Inthink that I could live with the big table.
    As always, thanks for the honest review. Any ideas whether a tow bar could be fitted to take my dinghy away with me.

    • @MotorhomeCampervan
      @MotorhomeCampervan  8 месяцев назад +3

      There's not a long overhang, so I'd expect a towbar would be possible but please check with M&C Ltd (the importer) - they're very helpful.
      I understand they've already modified the table for one customer, too.

    Peter, as an owner of a Liner for Two, this EuraMobil rear lounge concept is truly excellent. The spec is perfect too, with decent tank sizes, 150amp/hr lithium battery, big fridge and outside bbq point. Dealing of the can is key, something other high quality rear lounge manufacturers don't always achieve. What a beauty. Great 'proper motorhomer' review as always. Happy Christmas.

    what a great review! we just ordered ours and will receive it in about 5 - 6 months. We actually have a Hymer 550S - a very popular rear lounge Vintage motorhome in the UK - coming from this 30year old RV, we searched for something similar - in my opinion, the 650hs could be some kind of the perfect evolution of this one - and we are sure it will be the perfect fit for us with 2 big Newfoundland dogs, who will sleep below, while we can sleep "clean" in the over-cab. While waiting we are watching some 650hs video, and yours for sure was the most interesting so far - Thank you so much. Greetings from Italy.

    Quite a nice layout .. however what I didn't like is the small kitchen area, small bathroom and no drop down bed over the rest lounge. I like how Jayco Australia build and design their motorbikes such as the 24-4 which has a huge kitchen, separate shower and toilet and a drop down bed over the lounge.

    I like the concept and the price seems pretty competitive, although presumably if we had a euro-spec van it would be even cheaper. Why don't they offer that? It's like we're slowly heading back to the pre EU days when importers altered the spec so you couldn't directly compare the prices.
    But a few points.
    That open underfloor area could be a nightmare in use because unless you tie everything down it won't be where you left it when you reach your destination, and retrieving stuff that ends up in the middle will be a pain.
    Overcab designs really do blunt motorway performance. You'll be duelling with juggernauts rather than comfortably overtaking them. My current Burstner A class cruises at 75, my previous Hymer overcab was comfortable at closer to 60. Over longer distances that makes a difference.
    Given the height of the vehicle I'm surprised there's not more headroom over the bed. It looked barely better than my drop down A class bed. Nice concept though.
    Get yourself a truckers road atlas - it has bridge heights marked on it!

    • @MotorhomeCampervan
      @MotorhomeCampervan  2 месяца назад

      The importers add spec because Brits, generally, won't buy 'vans like the Germans with steel wheels, unpainted bumpers, no carpets, no oven... You could compare prices if you add the extras but remember that RHD chassis cost more, too.

    A fantastic package but the 400kg payload doesnt include the 150 ltrs of water or a full tank of fuel! That leaves about 250kg to fill all of that floor space, the kitchen drawers, wardrobes, bedding, gas, BBQ, TV, Chairs and table +........... I would love to see you do a reveiw of a any van loaded for a trip away and then weigh it in. Thats what people buy these vans for. But another brilliant presentation, thank you.

    • @MotorhomeCampervan
      @MotorhomeCampervan  8 месяцев назад

      It includes 90% full diesel and 25 litres of fresh water, which is more than some allow for payload calculations.
      You can also go up to 4,400kg gross weight on this 'van if you have a C1 licence - that would give you a HUGE payload.
      Any 3,500kg coachbuilt 'van is always going to be a bit limited on payload, except for a few entry-level models.

    What a great layout for two people who do not spend most of their time off-roading. Estetically I am not a fan of overcabs, but here the advantages outweigh my dislike of them. • @MotorhomeCampervan
      @MotorhomeCampervan  8 месяцев назад +1

      Some motorhome designers (not all) really do spend time in their vehicles but they have to build what the market wants and rear lounges have always been popular here. This one solves the usual issues of the type with no bed making (sleep in the overcab) and vastly better storage. Not sure what the 'waste of space' refers to? You need somewhere to relax, especially with UK weather!
