Hi Nihara...I watched your video at a right time. You answered lot of dilemma I had.. almost everything. Especially the closing note of "do what you want and it should reflect you" was a deep insightful statement that can come only out of experience and maturity.
Storage ke bare main aapne sahi kaha. Maine yeh mistake kiya hai. Har jaga storage banwaya hai..ab poora junk bhara hai.
Next house....minimum required storage. Decide karliya hai Maine.

@Nihara, I met 10 interior designers and out of them liked 2 who understood my requirement and their presentation convinced us. But when we started going in detail and with each iteration of of discussions budget started shooting from original estimate.

Nihara, one request is to share something on a minimalistic theme. An added advantage would be the same continuation over to the balcony.
Also I believe on scientific Vastu. Example could be like a mirror placement, or artificial Puja room creation. Hope all your viewers including me will like that.

सड़क किनारे के मकान के बालकनी में पर्दे के आलावा और क्या किया का सकता है कि जिससे बाहर से घर के अंदर ना दिखाई दे लेकिन रोशनी और हवा आए और बालकनी में आने जाने में भी दिक्कत ना हो + मटेरियल ऐसा हो कि आंधी आने पर टूटे ना और एकदम से उड़ के कहीं चला भी ना जाए।

Yes I have made a mistake of buying a sofa that was too big for my living room( sadly Mumbai apartments are too small) but I managed somehow by adjusting other pieces of furniture. Lesson learnt!! Thanks again and lots of best wishes :)
