Eyes are tricky. Easy for the bit to drift if you hit grain. Another good instructional vid. Hi Jordy.

Brother carver , your eyes are looking great. Sure wish we had 4x4 cedar here in South Florida, have to use presure treated yellow pine or fasten 2 2x4 white pine together. They used to carry cedar fence material but haven't seen it in 25 years down here. Speacil order would cost as much as black walnut great video

Jordy, a tip you might want to consider when carving the eyes. Go to your local dentist. See if they have any used, sterilized, football diamond burs. They will work great on rounding the eyes and going the pupils.

JORDY I see you use a tiny wrench to change burrs, my rotary tool (I don't say dermal because it's mine is not dermal brand) came with a tiny one too. You NEED to try using a regular wrench because it is SO MUCH EASIER! LIKE SO SO MUCH EASIER.

How about making yourself and enclosed cabinet or half cabinet so your sinuses don't act up. Fully enclosed is like a lab cabinet. A half cabinet is open front but your head is behind a fold down screen.
