I love the Balatro minimalism type runs youve been putting out lately. Ive been learning a lot. Really feels like these vids help solve early game struggles (i dont have enough X, how do i survivie).
Professor is there any substantial (exploitable) difference between blueprint and brainstorm. The fact they are two different cards makes it seem like I am missing something about them.
There are very rare circumstances where Brainstorm is better as a Polychrome because Blueprint has to be on the left. More often, Brainstorm is worse than Blueprint just by being less flexible. For example, when you have a Bus at +60 Mult and a Blackboard. With Blueprint, you can copy either, but with Brainstorm you are limited to copying Bus. Also, if you have multiple Brainstorms, they are all forced to copy the same Joker, while multiple Blueprints may be split. Despite Brainstorm being mostly worse than Blueprint, it's still better than all other Rares (and some Legendaries).
Chips only plasma done, fine chips only non plasma done.... chips only non plasma gold stake.... whats next? Chips only black stake no burgler? =P Doc your nuts

With xmult definitely, mult only sounds kinda rough. With a flush house at base 140 chips, let's say all face cards so more like 190 chips, you would need 210 flat mult. But that'd be to oneshot the final boss (if not Violet), so more hands would make it pretty viable. Checkered with Burglar Blueprint Red Card could probably get there; 10 flushes of 100 chips and 100 mult would be 100k points and that seems doable, so throw in some tarot to add some flush houses and a second scaling mult and you're probably there.
ok, joker idea: "homewrecker", gives you some form of bonus for every pair in your hand you break up so if you have two 5s, two 7s, and two 9s, and you play high card 9 with a 7 and a 5, breaking up 3 pairs, you would trigger the bonus 3 times this would actually give some sort of benefit to when you get the fabled "three pair" in your hand
I can’t tell if this is set seed or not? The Professor is acting like it isn’t but the luck involved with those joker draws at the beginning were insane
