The 27months is from the federal gun charge which is completely different than this state charge. This state charge is over and dismissed, which is why the didn’t ask for term served.

He took a global plea which combined both cases together and he plead ‘no contest’ not ‘guilty’, the case wasn’t dismissed it was closed because he got sentenced.. This meeting was held because the decision was accepted by the prosecution a couple months ago but was never finalised by a judge
