They did a really amazing job with the landscaping here, not just within the property but also between all the properties in the neighborhood so that they all feel very private and lush. Great tour! Happy to see more of Thailand!

Great property, and I'm not sure if you ever show them or not, but are there toilets in each bedroom? because, well, I don't know about you, but as an Aussie that's something I need daily without fail.
I wil mis my bamboo hut with water bucket but it wil have to do, i guess.

Really cool. I have been eying these samujana villas for a long time.
The only thing that puzzles me is how can this(ese) homes be used as homes rather then brief vacation spots. Everything is 100% open plan, no windows etc for open areas as living room spaces and when its stormy and the rain pours how can you use half the villa when its completely open to the elements?
Wonder if a buyer can pay for a small reconstruction that ads windows enclosure to all these spaces.
In Thailand, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces are often pretty blurred anyway, I think it is part of the charm :). A buyer can definitely pay for such a structure
