I think disrespect for Coach Franklin has hit new lows this year. The Ohio St game continues to consume several fans, and they could not allow respect if Coach Franklin shut out every opponent. Penn St has received enormous respect from other programs. Get with the program and be a positive fan. It certainly is more fun.
The first half was frustrating to watch. Players got injured. Blocked punt. Blocked extra point. Allar seemed unsettled, missing throws. Presnap penalties. Questionable playcalling. It was like the team was sleepwalking. It was not the football machine we saw in the previous two games. But win they did. They had enough resolve to get it done when it mattered the most. They should take care of business next week without a problem. Then, who knows.
