- Welcome, I am so glad you are here! Join me today as we use ASMR to discuss ANXIETY and how to overcome negative thoughts by using the bible with 2 Timothy 1:7. Feel free to leave any prayer requests down below.

This was so good! I've never thought about anxiety, depression and negative thoughts not coming from God. This way of thinking will bring a sense of calm to me. I would love a document with notes or questions. I think it would be helpful for myself as well as others. Thank you Jess!

This is so helpful for me. I watch these at night before bed. I go to a therapist and take meds and this is just something extra for me to help. Thank you ❤️

I loved this. I have minor anxiety but when it sets in I have a hard time turning it around. I am committing that verse to memory, because you are absolutely correct that those feelings are not from the Lord. Thank you for this! I’ll be praying for you!
