    Oh, dude, that's amazing! It's the best thing I've ever done on Zwift. Oddly, after a similar amount of training (but almost complete focus for the last 100 days) I, almost, managed an identical time, except my chain snapped with 130m to go!
    Top stuff, man.

    Man, I just did this same race on Tuesday. Beginning of the year I still didn't have the sub hour but managed to get it mid January. It was such a huge accomplishment for me, riding high for days. Tuesday I wanted a sub 50. Came across the line in 50:08 average watts of 289. Sooo close. Guess I still have a goal ahead of myself for this winter. Good job, keep that high for a while!

    Congrats man, smashed it! The physical & mental toll required to complete ADZ makes it a great way to gauge your progress and you've destroyed your former self :)
    I do however wonder if your Zwift FTP might be set a little too high? If you're pushing hard then it seems strange that the game would say that you're mostly riding in your tempo zone.

    • @RoadtoA
      @RoadtoA  Месяц назад +1

      Wow, excellent eye, mate!
      I train with XERT and they calculate FTP slightly diifferently for the purpose of the training. So I have it set at a higher value on Zwift to have the right targets when I do structured training exported from the platform.

    I feel like I could have a go getting sub 1 hour now. I still might give it a bit more time to increase my ftp and might drop my weight from 69kg to 65kg just to be sure. My ftp was around 225watts based on a 45 min race a few weeks back so I should be able to do it. I was not surprised you managed it as you were Cat B.
