LOVE this show!! I very much relate to Rimiru’s character. I love all the characters he befriends and fights and the worldbuilding is just so feel-good with the occasional well-written perils to keep the plot interesting.
This was definitely a surprise favorite anime for me. I didn't expect to like it nearly as much as I do. I cannot recommend you wat h it enough. If you are interested in another surprise favorite, I highly recommend reacting to Dr. Stone at some point. I haven't found any other anime quite like it.

These are my recommendations: Rising of the shield hero all op, Promised Neverland op 1, Deadman wonderland op 1, Vinland Saga op 1 and 2, Fire Force all op and highschool of the dead op. Idk if you have seen these but I highly suggest starting with rising shield hero then vinlan saga! But all of these are rock and hype af
6:21 the mask was someone who was a friend to rimuru (the main character) and she has died around episode 10+ and the reason why rimuru can transform into a girl is because that's he's friends body but this time it has white hair and white eyelashes. The slime can devour any living or non-living thing and store it inside he's body
You should check out "The promised neverland" openings, at least the first one! I like that series a lot, totally recommend it (the first season)! Also the ''Hunter x Hunter'' openings! The anime is very long, but it's so worth it! Both these series are my favorite animes so I am biased, but I really like how they appear to be very fun friendly light hearted shows but later on touch on deeper topics and are able to make me cry :)

4 seasons and a movie just dropped in japan. crunchyroll will get the movie early next year. this is one of the animes that is a must watch in english. no its not bad in japanese but the english dub is so good and they add little things that when you watch the sub you notice they are there (tarzan yell anyone). now i do watch it first in sub (comes out first) but then i rewatch it in dub and any rewatch is always in dub. you have to got back to cowboy bebop or black lagoon for something like that.

nice video. i love how you go back every time as you like it that much. i recommend you to watch the anime. slime is one of my fav anime ever. its also very good for beginners as its less important how much you know about the characters and there are less plot details like in Overlord or death note. still the story and characters are written beautifully and with great detail and it has hands down the best animations out of every anime ive seen so far (and ive seen plernty xd). it wont be the nr 1 anime for me cause that spot will forever be taken by Overlord i guess but its definitely in my top 3 next to death note and the one and only ainz ooal gown.
