  • After joining the Sacramento Kings following his departure from the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks, Rajon Rondo was on a mission to rejuvenate his career alongside of DeMarcus Cousins.
Averaging 11.7 Assists Per Game, Rond would lead the league for the third time in his career as the Kings went 29-43 in the 72 games he took to the floor.

Demarcus never looked better than he did this year with Rondo finding him. He had tons of open looks.

The only other time that cousins looked this good was playing next to Anthony Davis.

Thank you for this! Rondo said George Karl let him call every offensive set all year 🙌

I can see why! Dude was never quite enough offensively overall to be the first option on a team, but he proved just how important he was to any successful team no matter where he went.

Glad you're enjoying the content. Rondo as a passer was never really appreciated. Factor in his defensive game and the criticisms of his shooting shouldn't ever be a factor considering the teams he was on.

@@jay-bshighlightsandmixtape No lack of appreciation from my side. To me he is a top 5 point guard of our generation 💯

Certainly showed his ability to run an offense and contribute to winning teams.

Glad you're enjoying it. Rondo will never get the credit he deserves as a player. He was of the JKidd build with his game play.

That won't just be a scoring video. That would be a full season highlights video. And on the estimates I have made for it, around 5 hours long.
