This made me feel so good and powerful! I'm realizing how much my parents needed to go through in order to have me,even though they didn't know how to respect me they still had to go through life's challenges such as losing a child before me. I took that as a negative effect on me because they never got helped but for me they had to survive in which ever way they did. Thank you for this perspective have a great day 😂😂!

I treat every experience as an opportunity to learn something important about myself and i offer appreciation to the soul that helped to create the situation that gave me the opportunity. Allow grace to spring from your heart to cover any mistakes made by you or your boss, knowing that everyone did the best they could at the time and that this experience will make improvements in the future. As an employer for many years, i can say without hesitation that bosses dont always choose the best words, dont always have the right tone and dont always focus on the most important thing. Know you are loved no matter what transpires and even the bad boss is loved as she tries to learn how to value her employees properly. She is learning too. ❤
