In this video we demonstrate 5 ways how to unlock a bathroom door and how to unlock a bedroom door without a key. These doors have privacy knobs or levers installed. I didn't have to even flatten the hanger in my case, just gave it enough force so the friction would make the spindle turn with it (or the spindle had a wide enough groove). Old doorknob, so the whole mechanism was a bit larger and possibly different, but with this video I went from blindly fumbling with my straightened coat hanger, to using the same coat hanger and getting it open! Airbnb roommates are gonna love me lol

As a very NOT handy person, with a very full bladder, I was able use the paper clip method and get into the bathroom in about 2 minutes. I used my fingers and a hammer to flatten the curve though bc I didn't have the tool he used but it worked. Thank GOD

just spent the past hour looking for a screw driver small enough to fit, failing, looking for a paper clip to bend into a key, getting it stuck on a practice door knob, then taking the hander of a wire clothes hanger hitting it into a key and finally succeeding.

You were very clear - the clearest I've found, and I've been looking for HOURS . I can't get in still. I've tried all that stuff, nothing works. I took the door knob off thinking I could look at it better - the groove that you have to stick something in is apparent, but it won't turn! It's supposed to turn within the outer tube it's in, right?! It's not turning. I've tried a bunch of different things- it won't turn. As for the credit card - how on earth do you get a credit card to turn in and up?! A metrocard does it because it's flexible, but it's not strong enough. I'm losing my mind!!!! HELP!!!
Should be a piece of cake. Was the lock locked or did it malfunction? Possible broken?
The card did it for me. I used an old insurance card. I folded it about an inch.

I'm glad you showed the shape of the groove so i was able to use the barrel of a pen, i felt the groove and flattened the tip to use it like a screwdriver and that did the job...the barrel of a pen😅

Worked like a charm
The metro card worked!! So grateful for this because there was actually no hole to unlock the pin lock system on my bedroom door specifically all the other bedroom doors upstairs had that mechanism but my bedroom that I accidentally locked did not have that!!!! Just keep pushing *forcefully* with that metrocard!!
