Sir, I am working at Jaipur with a PSU (A joint venture of Govt. of India and Govt. of Delhi) since 2010. I was appointed here on Self Contract basis for a work in 2010 for fixed tenure basis for 6 months on monthly remuneration of Rs. 15600/- . When I joined this PSU at Jaipur Office I have given more other works and my contract has been continuously extended without any break till today. My payment was increased in year 2013 and was Rs. 18750/- and next increased in April'2015 and was Rs. 21563/-. No over time, no EPF, No ESI, No Bonus, no other facilities is given to me. Even after implementation of pay commission no payment is increased. What is this Self Contract Employee in India. Who is not eligible for any thing for my and my family secure future.

Govt. & Pay Commision must consider & evalueat the the services of ALL THE FORCES are for all the 24 hours, while the others is for 8 to 10 hours. As such this fact must be taken into consideration at the time of revision of pay, so that he may not feel humiliation & pull on double establisment of his family. I pay due respects for their sacrifices towards the military & public.
