i don't know way but while using sudo airodump-ng wlan0 i am not getting any kind of networks in range just shows channels and title and footer of the chart can you help me what could be the issue
Yes, That's the issue, I would say you have to change your wireless adapter because, tp-link adapter may work but for that you need to make sure that the adapter supports monitor mode and also your kali linux have the drivers installed for it, my best advice would be to use either Alpha or the one I have shown in this video, if you don't have much expertise of driver installation on your machine.
@@TheBeautifullanguage well after working on driver i installed it i think there can be error with driver installation so I will be installing drivers again can't say what is going wrong
1. I type command 'sudo airmon-ng check kill' the screen displays null or empty string without PID Name... what's wrong with the software ? 2. I type command 'sudo airmon-ng start wlan0' to turn on monitoring mode successfully but it doesn't change wlan0 to wlan0mon why is that ?
See in the first sudo airmon-ng check Kill command, kill or stop the wireless process such as your network adaptor card and all, if not shown doesn't mean anything is wrong, and for the 2. I want to say verify whether your adapter supports monitor mode or not, if it did support monitor mode then verify, driver installation in your kali linux machine.
