@@BUCKLEUPIndia can you explain what you trying to say? Isn't that's etios is pretty reliable ? And its a good range price car except interior is not good enough
@@SunnyKumar-bw6dk i think he meant to praise it's reliability And yes you're correct, the interiors are a major letdown. I could've looked past the fact that this was a major taxi car if it had better interiors but that sadly wasn't the case.
wow, creo que nunca estuve tan nervioso por la forma de manejar, buen video, muy interesante, en Argentina también se vende el Etios, pero fabricado en Brasil
Many were critical of the etios diesel being too underpowered. But this video shows it can keep up with almost all cars at that price range back when it was sold. I have the petrol version and it has very good acceleration. Putting the foot down almost pins u to the seat. At 7lakh in 2011 this car is awesome. Mine is in pristine condition not even a scratch. My ocd kicks in when something is not right so my car is always maintained in top condition.
@@gat6932 yes i have the 1.5l version v trim etios sedan. etios is a very good car , to me it has been trouble free. not a single engine part was replaced other than scheduled maintenance , the 2nr fe is a bulletproof engine and makes good power. even in 5th gear the engine has enough torque to pull from 30-40km/hr . ride is also very comfortable and seats are very nice . don't pay more than 3l for it tough. if it has cosmetic damages then u can use that to negotiate price and before purchasing do not forget to check the engine and radiator . take the oil cap off while the engine is cool and off and stick your finger in and scrape the side walls , if sticky oil comes up with ur finger then do not buy the car . open the radiator cap and look at the coolant colour it should be bright orange , no brown or green colour and start the car while the cap is open there should be no baubles coming up from the radiator . look for the exhaust smoke if it has white or blue smoke then do not buy .
go around for a test drive and go on the highway pick some speed and the car should have no vibrations or stupid noise coming. check your mirrors for cars behind u and if u find a free spot then apply the footbrake to 100% while lifting hands from the steering. the car should travel straight and not pull right or left. also look at the dash for blinking abs light when u break hard from 100-0 . and u should feel the abs working as the brakes will pulsate and if everything checks out then buy the car . there are other videos that will give u more tips on what to look for when buying a used car. don't buy a previously crashed car and check the vin to be sure its not a stolen car.
Thanks for featuring the Etios D, that too in one of the rarest colours(guess it was available only for a few months)👍🏼 Had watched the 800 5spd video but forgot to subscribe. 😁. Subscribing right now.
Drove it this year, it's such a gem with no-nonsense factor. The D-4D diesel engine might seem appalling in terms of power delivery, but it's frugal.
Toyota's D4D is a super awesome reliable engine and the best of other Toyotas in India
Reliable reliable reliable..........that's the word to go
