I think the cheese slopes are absolutely essential to the beauty of this module. The way that they're angled means they always catch the light. Yet another inspiring module from Cheesey 😊
I think it'd be really cool if you made a few 16x16 spaghetti caves that could all be smoothly rearranged if you wanted a different layout. I think it'd be a fun challenge and be able to have lots of hidden details. It could even lead to the geode too!
The technique used for the Amethyst blocks is definitely not minecraft accurate, but I feel like it was the best option you could've used. The effect is really awesome, and the glow is really pretty. Purple is an epic color, and this definitely fulfills my purple satisfaction 😅
That new Badlands set has some Glitter Trans-Purple bricks that rock for this! Have you thought about revisiting this module to add a few of those, maybe only on the wholly visible bricks?

The geode turned out suuuper cool! Since you asked for ideas for some smaller underground modules: what about a zombie/skeleton spawner room? i think that might turn out beautiful :) keep up the work!
The fabled Amethyst Geode!! I'm pretty sure you had parts for this thing in just about every Bricklink episode. It was absolutely worth it, those cheese slopes give it the perfect texture and make it absolutely stunning!
The cheese slopes add so much depth and life to this module. The amethyst geode is a pretty underrated structure, a lot of people don't like it for some reason. You should considering doing a woodland mansion as a side-project, or in the module if you like.
Thank you! LEGO's trans-purple is such an awesome color. I've wanted to pull something like this off for ages, and so glad I could finally make it happen!
Really neat! The trans-purple is great for the build, but there’s also the trans-purple glitter brick (which I’ve only seen in part 3005) that really would reflect the amethyst. Might be a challenge doing it all with 1x1 bricks but I think you still nailed the location with this interpretation!
Have you thought about making any underwater modules? You could make coral reefs, shipwrecks, and even ocean temples! I know you would make them look awesome if you ever chose to create them!

10:23 the way you used the new geode-module like a corner modular building is way too perfect! Amazing work as always and insane dedication for planning out your Bricklink orders 9 months in advance
I watch a few lego channels but there are few building channels that I enjoy ad much as yours. I can imagine the work and cost of these builds. Thank you for sharing.
At first I thought the transparent purple wouldn’t look as good as regular purple, but I think it really worked out in the end! Your techniques and builds are always so impressive, and this is probably one of my favorite modules.
That's so gorgeous! For underground modules, maybe a little cave with a skylight opening above it, and a lone misgenerated village house sitting in the cave? Or maybe a little branch mine that a player has carved out? Or maybe a diagonal hole that has been blasted out of the ground by an escaping Wither
Firstly love how it looks very creative and secondly if you haven't already you could make a mineshaft, a underwater ruined portal or a spawner in a cave
your modules always surprise me on how true to the game they are and how far you go to make a build. At the near front corner you could maybe put a ship wreck in the ocean or even above the water floating. anyways keep making your amazing videos and thank you.
I think it would be cool if you made a module with one massive pillar in the middle leaving all sides exposed, it would be pretty hard to pull off but quite the spectacle. Keep up the great work!
Hello! While not on this account, I am sure that I have seen the bulk of your lego minecraft series, if not all of it. I am greatly intrigued by the snot techniques you use, as well as the fun little details and mechanisms such as that on the jungle temple puzzle. I indeed do have an idea for a half chunk build. Have you ever seen that popular meme of the man almost striking diamond but giving up? I think you catch my drift. I think a section with a character strip mining and giving up before reaching ore would be humorous, though piece consuming. I am sorry that this was such a long message, and I hope to watch all of your minecraft world reach completion. Best of luck 👍
One suggestion I have for this module is I saw these 1x1 bricks exist in a glitter trans purple color. 20 of them came in this gingerbread house set so in one of my previous orders I got 8 of them to go with my Night Protector Minifigure from Series 22. Watching this video reminded me of them & just looking on BrickLink now there’s at least 10 sellers in the USA with over 300 of these selling them for $0.02-0.03 each. I think even just a few of them around the outside rim would make a great addition to this module. Also, I looked up the clock piece & 2 of them only ever came in the impossible to find Mountain Cave set which goes for $1000 now.
Wow, this may be one of the best looking modules yet! I do have some feedback though. I think you should add some led lights to light up the geode and make it look even more magical than it already does!
Amazing job as usual. This series brings me such joy and relaxation. And I've learned a lot, too! I've recently dug through my old lego tubs to see what rare-colored bricks I own. It was an enlightening experience, and it's all thanks to you!
Absolutely Beautiful, you also might need another 3 of those bags of transparent purple cheese slopes so if you want a module next to it. Also a video of you making an ocean and tiling it up (no Timelapse) just because the sweet sweet tiling time is just gorgeous
CHEESEY! Congrats on 100,000 subscribers! That is remarkable. You are catching up to me very quickly 😂 This one was just as incredible as always! Keep up the good work, and thanks for your dedication to this lego Minecraft project.
Honestly, it looks amazing, I really love the way it turned out and it was worth the wait, and since you used trans purple for the Amethyst blocks, you are also able to add light under the blocks if you'll ever want to! It's just amazingly creative, and that's just what I love about your videos!
theres been a good few suggestions for underground modules already, but I would love it for one of them to have a cross section of the classic "strip mine" on the side with a player slaving away at it as just an extra little detail
You should make a massive mountain scene. You can stack lots of modules on top of each other and you can move the deep dark module underneath it since in the game, deep darks spawn under mountains. It would also be a good opportunity to add goats and other snowy mobs to the world.
You're on the brink of 100k! That's your first playbutton! Awesome job (: Also, great module as usual- I sometimes forget that being a channel member means I get videos a month early, so I thought you uploaded it twice for some reason lol
I have missed these module builds so much 😂. It reminds me of the nostalgic years of last year when I worked at the airport and watched all your videos on my break. Still going to try to make my own module someday, but I don’t think mine will ever compare
wow the amethyst geode turned out great!! something you could probably fit in a 1 chunk area could be a herobrine alter underground lol. it wouldn’t be visible from the outside but if you take off one of the top middle layers could you’d find it as a little easter egg!
Perhaps a simple underground lava pool would be a good 8x8 block module. Some Redstone and diamonds around some light up lava. Its basic but I think some splashes of mundane would help mellow out the overall feel of the display
Looks great as always. I think adding some of the Lego Powerminer crystals to represent the amethyst clusters that generate with the geodes could elevate the build even further. I am looking forward to your next build.
I have an idea for a module. You have all these players running around your world, and they need a place to stay. You should make a base for them! Half of it would be underground, Half of it above ground. I would recommend 4 floors. Here are my ideas: Floor 1 (Top floor): Bedroom. It’s fairly obvious what to do here. Floor 2 (Ground floor): Work room. Add stuff like crafting tables, furnaces, enchantment tables and any other work station you can get your hands on. Floor 3 (Top underground floor): The storage room. Many players like to keep their storage out of the main room, so this would work perfectly. This room would also have a secret entrance to the bottom floor. Floor 4(Bottom underground floor): The vault. Every player has their share of diamonds, gold and netherite, but one player has more than the rest. When no one was there, he built a vault so no one would steal his valuables. Of coarse, if you use my idea you can change it as much as you like. It is your build after all.
Glorious build, easily relate to your piece hunting ventures. I’d suggest doing a dungeon, but idk if that’ll fit properly in a 16x16, but you could do like cave veins, it’ll add some variation in the depths.
A small monster spawner cave/dungeon that you find all around the underground of minecraft would be a perfect 1 chunk module, a small yet iconic minecraft structure
You’re right, it looks closer to a real geode than the one in game does, but it’s also faithful to the games. Also, Jesus, when you were talking about how many more cheese slopes you’d need I was thinking you were gonna say something like 30 or 40, but 200? Just to do detail work? That’s dedication.
Oh, this one is just incredible! It’s so so pretty and shiny!! Fantastic!! Would love if Lego did an official set for the geode, I wonder how they would handle the amethyst blocks and it would be really cool to see purple parts get an expansion. also I can already tell that the cherry grove is going to be just gorgeous. wow wow wow!!
This build has been well worth the wait, I love the way it finally came together! I'm also relieved that you were able to get enough of those cheese slopes. I think one way to give it a lighter, more game accurate color might be to put pink bricks underneath the cheese slopes, but it sounds like nightmare to pull the build apart, not even mentioning how hard it would be to make sure there was no pink visible. Anyway, great job!
While not 100% accurate to the game, the effect this gives is spectacular. Cheesey, you are truly my favorite LEGO youtuber. Such a great builder and inspiration. Keep up the good work 👍
I hope I’m not forgetting if you’ve done this already, but a dungeon would be another cool small module. And for a gap-filling module where two awkward biomes have to meet you could do a ravine to separate them… somehow? Not sure what that’d look like though. Love your videos!
somebody might have said this, but you should add a light brick to the geode. If you don’t want to, the geode itself is still beautiful!! You did such a great job
Was hoping he could incorporate an LED light into the build to further emphasize on how mesmerising a geode really is... Heck, I would even have crammed a Enchanting Table and bookshelves in it. The idea of enchanting tools inside a geode which glows the same colour as enchanted tools just seems so appealing to me...
The geode looks amazing!! Im not sure if cheese slopes come in glittery trans purple but i know my local lego store has had 1x1 bricks in that color in PAB for a while and i feel like that would truly just elevate how beautiful this is
You could consider making a player on a 16x16 module who is trying to build an Aether portal. Though it obviously wouldn’t work for the player, it could help add some more game-accurate things to your Lego Minecraft world since you’d be adding something that an actual player would try doing. Aside from this, awesome job with the texturing on the amethyst, the cheese slopes definitely paid off!
I was actually inspired by these videos to start a project of my own, doing this... but in reverse, taking, Lego sets and creating them (as accurately as I can) into vanilla minecraft
This looks amazing, I love all of the different layers of blocks going on the side of the module, hopefully we get the crystal knight skin soon so you would be able to replace the llama knight
For another 8x8 block module you could do a crimson tree on top of a player with diamond armor exploding TNT while trying to find ancient debris, I think it could be a fun little detail.
if you could try to make a ravine that stretches through both layers, that would be really cool! it would probably have to be a 2 parter, like what you did for the desert village.
For the chunk on top you could make a very classic lava lake that you can find almost everywhere in Minecraft.
Good idea!
i do think that lake will need a new drops from an unlucky player who fell in!
or a water one i was thinking because in my world i keep finding sheep trapped in the one next to my base
@@yeeoof1995 items doesn't survive lava
@@Bucket_Zombie the idea is that the player will have one or two drops on the blocks next TO the lava
The fact that all the cheese slopes together look like the texture of an actual geode is wonderful
I'm really happy with the look too. It just sparkles so much too because of all the angles!
This channel is such a gem.
I see what you did there :)
Haha very funny
I think the cheese slopes are absolutely essential to the beauty of this module. The way that they're angled means they always catch the light.

I thought about using some of those for sure, but the cheese slope look was far too good to pass up!
I think it would be really cool for a 16 by 16 stud area if you made a repaired ruined portal giving an in lore explanation for the nether modules

I think one way to give it a lighter, more game accurate color might be to put pink bricks underneath the cheese slopes, but it sounds like nightmare to pull the build apart, not even mentioning how hard it would be to make sure there was no pink visible. Anyway, great job!
Glad you like it!
Gorgeous module!!! I would for a next 1x1 module should be a dungeon. It would for perfectly inside of a cave expand leading to the deep dark.
Good idea!
While not 100% accurate to the game, the effect this gives is spectacular. Cheesey, you are truly my favorite LEGO youtuber. Such a great builder and inspiration. Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you! :D
I hope I’m not forgetting if you’ve done this already, but a dungeon would be another cool small module. And for a gap-filling module where two awkward biomes have to meet you could do a ravine to separate them… somehow? Not sure what that’d look like though. Love your videos!
Good ideas, and thank you!
somebody might have said this, but you should add a light brick to the geode. If you don’t want to, the geode itself is still beautiful!! You did such a great job
I would love to make that happen at some point!
This is really well made, great job! It looks so pretty and realistic!!
Thank you!
@@CheeseyStudios You're welcome!
You could make a pretty good battle scene in a chunk with a couple players vs a horde of mobs and are trying to protect something
That's a fun idea!
You should have a 1 by 1 hole dug down into the geode it would add a more lived in world feeling imo
Good idea!
I'll definitely have to look into lighting this up!
The geode looks amazing!! Im not sure if cheese slopes come in glittery trans purple but i know my local lego store has had 1x1 bricks in that color in PAB for a while and i feel like that would truly just elevate how beautiful this is
Yeah, unfortunately the cheese slopes are not made in that color :(
I love how you used the transparent purple bricks to give it that color ❤❤Love it!
It's such a good color! Really glad you like how it turned out :D
I love this series so much I been watch since episode 1
Thanks for sticking around all this time!
Glad you like how this tuned out, and good idea!
I was actually inspired by these videos to start a project of my own, doing this... but in reverse, taking, Lego sets and creating them (as accurately as I can) into vanilla minecraft
That could be fun! Some of them definitely would be a fun challenge xD
A shipwreck is a really common structure. Seeing as those things are everywhere I have no doubt you've given a thought to building em sometime.
I'll have to see if I can squeeze one in!
This looks amazing, I love all of the different layers of blocks going on the side of the module, hopefully we get the crystal knight skin soon so you would be able to replace the llama knight
Hopefully this summer. :D Excited to see what set he comes in!
Super cool! Congrats on 100K!
Thank you!
The technique you used is very interesting.
Hopefully a good type of interesting? 😂
Absolutely love purple. Great build.
Thank you!
Yooo it really looks like real life amethyst! That's so cool, Amethyst is my favorite mineral!
That color purple is so good, quite a small chunk but still very amazing
Glad you like it!
For another 8x8 block module you could do a crimson tree on top of a player with diamond armor exploding TNT while trying to find ancient debris, I think it could be a fun little detail.
That could make for a cool function in the display, too!
Something that would be a cool quarter chunk is one of those underwater ruins where you find treasure maps, the ones that are surrounded by drowned
There'll be a bigggg underwater module hopefully coming later this year :)
@@CheeseyStudios awesome. I love seeing underground/underwater lego mocs, especially minecraft ones
Not sure if you've built an overworld nether portal yet, but the ruined (or repaired) portal could be an easy mini-module.
Got a ruined portal coming quite soon actually :o
if you could try to make a ravine that stretches through both layers, that would be really cool! it would probably have to be a 2 parter, like what you did for the desert village.
Ooh, I like that idea!
