Oh wow, you actually used my design for the market stand!
I'm so glad you liked my solution, and I'm thoroughly honored to have been able to contribute to this display and series, which is with no doubt my favorite on the entirety of RUclips right now.
It's truly inspiring with how much care for accuracy and crazy techniques you make each and every one of these.
Keep up the great work, here's to another year of this series!
Great work on that 👍
The design you came up with is brilliant! Thank you so much for sharing. I honestly never would have figured that out on my own. I love how much the LEGO community can learn from each other.
cool@@ylw_planespotter 😊
@@bb-9edroid495 I love you profile pic
ur the guy that did the breaking bad episode speedrun
I like that these stay accurate to the game, even in terms of things like slabs, rather than completely eyeballing it like the actual Lego Minecraft series does.
This is one of the most satisfying things to me, it’s extra care taken to be game accurate that Lego themselves don’t seem to take. Wish these were the official sets to be honest, they’re high quality enough
Glad to know it's appreciated! Visually I feel it makes a big difference, and the addition of slabs and stairs gives me the challenge I crave from a model like this. Of course, it eats up a LOT of bricks (that's why LEGO doesn't do it in official sets), but I've always found it to be worth the extra expense.
Lego has different criteria for designing their sets. Cost is one thing, but also playability, ease of building, ect. However I think builds like this would be really cool as a more "collector oriented" line of Minecraft sets.
@@DodgerFloof Yes! Like more targeted to adults as opposed to kids, I think there would be a decent market for it
To me I kinda disagree. Mainly because most importantly the scale doesn’t match the figures. Still a great series and really cool work but personally I’d prefer to see a looser approach to accuracy that makes the scale work a little bit better.
The nostalgic music combined with the satisfying tiling is one of the best things I’ve ever experienced
:)
So true!
FR
This brings me back to playstation edtion in 2017
@@Rexy_THE_T-REX yeah same
That recap, in the beginning, made me realise just how amazing this project is and how hard you've worked. This is one of the best series I've ever watched on youtube, I love your videos and can't wait to see your next upload ❤
Thank you Onion
The best series in all youtube! Awesome MOC can't wait for more!😀
Thank you so much!
The amount of truth is incomprehensible!
I found the series around the nether wastes module and IMMEDIATELY became a member to see the Mushroom island! These modules honestly give me so much comfort in what feels like a ever stressful world we live in. Thank you Cheesey for this wonderful series and I can’t wait to see where you go with this in the future (and I can’t wait to see it at BrickWorld lol)
It's a pleasure, Warlock! Love to hear that you'll make it to Brickworld. It's gonna be a PARTY
It’s great that you kept this up for a year!
I'm so glad I've been able too! I never would have seen the series going this far a year ago.
@@CheeseyStudios i started watching around episode 4 and i fell in love with this series so pls dont stop pls
10:30 Don't think I didn't notice that gap by the plains village. Always exited for your upload and every addition to the layout. for the first time it finally looked like a cohesive display, and it is by far the most detailed and accurate lego minecraft display i've ever seen. This is awesome!
Thank you! I'm hoping I can do a little village expansion for the plains at some point too :D
This series has become my favorite series on RUclips. Thank you very much for all your hard work, creativity and determination ❤
Cheers,
Joel
Thanks Joel!
hi joel
As always, I adore the work you put into these builds and videos. You've really captured the essence and vibe of Minecraft and used it to make these videos relaxing and informative. But your moments of humor are always tasteful and light. You've done such a good job, and you can bet that I will be watching this series until the end!
Much appreciated.
It feels very satisfying how you started the series with the desert, and now a year later you’ve completed it! IT’S HUGE, I hope you make the plains village that big soon too 😅 Also 10:40 RIP custom frog 2022-2023 😢
I definitely have a little plains expansion planned :D
Gone, but never forgotten. :,(
You should make a baby cat moc
This is just pure Art. The building techniques are so cool and make everything look beautiful. This is my favorite Lego project on RUclips. Keep going.
Much appreciated
The way this man is going, he's gonna make a woodland mansion with full interior after the geode😂
Oh dear 😂
I’ve loved this series, cannot believe it’s been a year.? it’s absolutely amazing revisiting all the videos. The effort and dedication it’s truly outstanding, I’m looking forward to this project expanding or maybe seeing it finished…
Thank you
9:08 This guy went afk for a few minutes then came back to an all out war
Wow, these videos are so awesome. I love all your creative designs and how your MOC builds are game-accurate and easily compatible to each other!
Thank you
@@CheeseyStudios It would be amazing if you made one of those savanna plateaus to go next to your pillager outpost somewhere. The savanna is a really cool biome and I bet you could make it look awesome in Lego form as well!
I’ve been obsessed with this series for so long and it’s always such a treat whenever a new module is made. The whole desert section feels very diorama esque to me, how open and spacious it is, and yet so packed with detail. It’s has been a so wonderful watching this project grow and change. Very excited to see what’s in store, especially the amethyst geode. So cool!!
Thank you!
Its nice to see so many modules put together. The desert isn't my favorite biome, but it looks good when connected to the rest.
It's pretty full in game (besides the great structures!) but I do love how it looks in LEGO too
You absolutely need to start working on the new cherry blossom biome. It world be a nice tie between the colder and warmer biomes.
Great video!
I really hope I have the time to make it happen!
I hope so to
@@CheeseyStudios Take your time! I think most people would want you to release something *you're* happy with rather than somehting rushed.
You should hide a Herobrine summoning totem, and a glowstone portal frame with water flowing out as little Easter eggs.
That would be funny xD
With all of these amazing Lego Minecraft structures you've been creating, it would be fun to see some kind of story take place within this world, like a stop motion film.
Just a thought I had.
I'd love to do that at some point
Every time a new video in this series comes out it makes my day
❤
Great to see you're incorporating more player skin figures into your builds :D
If this was an actual server I would not hesitate to join it and help defend the village!
Edit: seeing you replace your older frog design with Lego's official piece was great but I think it'd be awesome if you kept your frog design hidden somewhere in the swamp for the sake of nostalgia. I'd love to see it peek through some mangrove roots from time to time XD
Ha! Yes - I do plan on doing that with the frog from now on. I'll try and move him around every episode, make a game of it lol!
I know that the raid was the main focus of this video, but my favorite part was when the frog got switched out (although the custom frog design was smart!)
Rest in peace, chicken-legged froggo
These videos are amazing! You should be making official minecraft sets for Lego!
Thank you
I've never really cared for the Minecraft theme but this... this is beautiful
Thank you :D
It has been an absolute joy to follow this series from the start. Watching the layout evolve is mesmerizing. And just for the record, I don’t think it’s cluttered at all. Its like a big Minecraft-themed where’s Waldo book and I love it. You can glance ad it and get the bigger picture, but when you take a closer look you can see all the details and work that went into making this the most accurate lego Minecraft layout ever
Really appreciate it! I kinda like that there's not a single dull space in the display too - I think it'll be really fun to see people 'exploring' this at conventions!
Can’t wait for the amethyst video to come out. It’s gonna be such a cool one to see how much bricks you use to make it look like what it does in the bed of the video.
It's a very unique one for sure - I had a lot of fun with it!
Happy anniversary to the Lego Minecraft world! It feels like only yesterday that I started watching these! Good luck on the rest of the model, and I will most certainly be here on this journey until the end of this series! (Will there even be an end?!) Anyways, thanks for the incredible inspiration and though I could never build models as well as you, I can still learn a thing or two!
Also, side note, RUclips should totally add a way to like a video more than once, because I’d definitely use that on this!
Thank you! So glad you're enjoying the series. Sadly, it will end one day, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Heck, I've got enough module ideas to carry us to the end of 2024 xD
@@CheeseyStudios Amazing lol!!
I have a way you could connect the 3 dimensions! Here is the module:
In the center is a purple rift, with 3 rifty cracks going in different directions. In between these cracks are the different dimensions. Other details could be added depending on the biome you choose to represent each dimension.
EDIT: Now that I think about it I have no idea how you are supposed to do this, but you are a Lego master. You can build anything if you put your mine to it.
EDIT #2: I accidentally put the word “mine” instead of “mind.” But I will keep it because of the unintended Minecraft pun.
That would be pretty wild! I love your imagination
Thankyou so much! You have an amazing imagination too! The techniques you use on your builds are far beyond anything I could ever think of! Also Thank you for being so good with your community, there are many RUclipsrs who stop checking their comment sections after the first 2 days! Thanks
Great job, this looks sooo good, you have to do an ocean monument!
I've got two underwater modules coming this summer!
@Cheesey Studios do you have a release date yet?
@@CheeseyStudios Great to hear, I can't wait!
@@Lasche_1 I can't promise anything for certain as it's pretty far out, but the plan is Geode -> Basalt Deltas -> Underwater
10:40 I saw you replace chicken frog 😢
But good job as always! Really impressed with how the buildings turned out in the desert village section!
Don't worry - I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of our chicken-legged friend xD
Make an end portal chamber underneath a village and expand it in the future
Good idea! I feel this world wouldn't be complete without a Stronghold
I love the recap in the beginning
Yeah, I'll definitely try to do more when I can!
@@CheeseyStudios thx
Do a old growth tiga
That's a good idea! I think I can find a spot for it :D
This is my favorite series on RUclips tied only with hermitcraft right now and it’s crazy to think it’s a year old. Hopefully many more to come and I’m just imagining how big this could get.
Thank you ❤ Many more episodes to come!
I am amazed by the amount of work you put into these videos and hope they keep coming for another year!
Oh, don't you worry - I've got plans to take us at LEAST into year three! 😂
It cracked me up while seeing that penguin ice cream tile so good same with the frog 😂😂
lolol
I know you generally do Minecraft but could you make a Star Wars moc :)
You can see a Star Wars build I did in this video :D ruclips.net/video/pouSVz7x-gI/видео.html
I love this series❤ amazing building👍 love the building-technique of the stall roof💪
Isn't that great? I learned something new and I love that!
I wish I could shrink myself to mini figure scale and see this Minecraft world u have it would be a dream!
With the jungle temple expanding the world backwards you could do an oak forest behind the og village or even expand the village a bit more, maybe a cleric?
I do plan on adding one more house at least to the original village! As it is now, the back of the village actually lines up with the back of the temple, so I'm probably not going to expand back anymore, but I do have room on the sides!
extra shoutout from a poor viewer to those channel members!!
you guys keep my favorite youtube series alive 💚🤎
Just re watching your series for the third time! I’ve been here since the beginning and every video you have made for this series blows my mind with its creativity!
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoy that much ❤️
I just want to say that this is one of my favorite series on RUclips. Keep up the amazing work and please never stop
Thank you! Lots more to come :D
This series actually got me super into Minecraft Lego more than any other Legos, and I started collecting a bunch of sets to make my own Minecraft city/world
That's awesome! Hope the building goes well :D
A Savannah adjacent to the desert would be an amazing addition to this custom Minecraft world! Acacia trees are so iconic and I feel like it would stand out in the whole build
I do have the one tree already, but I will be adding more in the future!
@@CheeseyStudios I’m excited to see more!
I’ve recently built my own module; it’s an 8x8 and 12 tall flower forest with some caves underneath and ive definitely gained a ton of respect for how difficult this actually is. What you’re doing really is awesome!
That sounds awesome! It definitely is a bit harder than it looks at first, and boy do you need a lot of pieces. xD Hope you can expand your own build in the future, too!
It looks great! And Desert Villages are a little tight any way!
Thank you! Glad you like this one
Happy first anniversary lego minecraft world what an Inspiration for all of us moc buildiers
Another amazing Banger! It all comes together so well! You're only a few thousand away from 100k! And you totally deserve it. It wasn't too long ago that you were on 20k!
Crazy, right?! So excited for 100k!
This series has been so much fun to follow and watch! The modules are just so well executed and have a finesse to them that I haven't seen in any Lego-MC MOC! I would love to see your take on the new mountains added in the caves and cliffs update, maybe with a cave stuck in the peak that makes part of it hollow or a ravine diving into the mountain!
Thank you, and good ideas! I definitely wanna give a mountain a go at some point
While the newest module isn't the most impressive in size or stature, I love how it still manages to be great from all the awesome building techniques and story elements. In particular, the accurate stall roof, rotated hay bale, subtle sandstone floor. I also like your unique approach to the loom block. While I initially thought of using white grill tiles, your sideways plate technique is incredibly smart. But I think that what brings this whole module together is the raid, with the custom ravager and iron golem (it also really makes me wish there was a lego evoker). As always, I can't wait to see the next one!
Thank you so much! Really glad you like this one. It certainly was a joy to build, and I've learned so much since I started this series. Man, I'd sure love a LEGO evoker and vex too!
After you finish the overworlds surface, heres a crazy project idea,
Build all the cave biomes, wast caves, minechafts with pillars, in a way that you can fit the surface on top of the underground
That's actually my plan lol! I've got a lot of underwater stuff to go haha
It's seriously been a year!? Dang, I've been watching for a while now! Glad to have been supporting you since less than 20k! Incredible how you're basically at 100k now!
Thanks for sticking around :D
I have been watching since episode 3, the plains village. it's nice seeing how far you've come! I was waiting the entire video for you to change the frog, and it paid off! You deserve that silver play button more than anything! Anyways, love from Belgium!
Thank you so much!
seeing all of the completed modules put together is awesome! it may be a little cluttered, but thats just how it's got to be in a world that fits on a table
Indeed 😂 I wish I had infinite space, but alas, I do not. I am quite grateful I have as much room as I do though!
I'm here rewatching the series and catching up on the modules I missed. You should definitely build a Desert Temple sometime!
Hoping to do that in the near future 👀
Since I see no one else mention it I just wanna say that I love the subtle switch of the frogs at 10:40
A lot of people missed it, so I glad you caught it!
I think a cool module to build would be a player's base. It doesn't have to be huge, it could even be just a dirt hut.
I've got a player base in the works :D
@@CheeseyStudios Epic
I can already tell this is gonna be a banger
Oh yeah :)
been here since the start love how its been coming along. This is my fav series!
Thank you!
youve actualy inspired me to start my own mc world moc :D
I love to hear it! Happy building!
This build it like fits in so well from the architecture to the little stories within and yea god i love this series
The desert village was a fun one. It's so big!
Just some advice for the mangrove frogs. Thier is a new custom molded piece for it
Be sure to watch to the end of the video before commenting! Also, if you like the new frog, be sure to check out my review on it: ruclips.net/video/3JOfwUHlGU0/видео.html
4:45 I love it when you do a tile placing montage!!!🧡
It's so satisfying!
Best LEGO Minecraft world. It will be cool if u will make some colder biomes like mega taiga
I definitely need to get back to the colder side at some point. There's lots of cool biomes to try out there yet!
This Minecraft series is the reason why I'am excited for the start of every new month
Oh my, that villager blocking your view was perfect.
This is a great series and Ive loved every part of it.
Thank you Elliot - much appreciated!
It looks amazing and I can't wait for the amethyst geode
It's a really fun one - can't wait to share it with everyone!
This is the first Minecraft World made of LEGO that I've seen done to a standard this high. Everywhere you look, there's some detail that is captured perfectly given LEGO's limitations. A masterclass in design, I'd say
Thank you! Really appreciate it
May you continue this serie for the years to come, has been a source of joy for me🎉🙏
Really glad to hear it ❤
The use of space feels more balanced than ever. As a big fan of the emptiness of Minecraft, I appreciate you seeing the comments about the display being a little dense and attempting to course-correct.
There's some expansions coming up that will hopefully help the feeling too. :D Glad to know the efforts are appreciated!
Just started watching these series and I'm like sooo impressed, it looks amazing, wish I could do MOCs so well, but at the same time wouldn't it be cool if we got something like this from LEGO, like imagine huge LEGO Minecraft modulars every few years, yeah they would be expensive but everyone would buy them
Every time I see these videos I get so excited, and for the past 6 months I couldn’t decide if I should get a membership, because I never have on RUclips, but today is the day I think I will!
Thank you for considering it! I really try my best to make it worth your while :D
@@CheeseyStudios just did! :D
dude, I remember when I first realized u had a channel, i think u had 40K maybe less and now ur almost at 100K! great job Caleb Keep it up!
Appreciate it! It's been a crazy year, that's for sure
it would be cool if you could make a huge mountain range with the newer mountain biomes and mabye a snowy village within the lower areas.
That's actually my plan lol! Should look pretty epic :D
I love that these block accurate stuff makes it look like not in Lego anymore
Ikr? It's kinda crazy. A lot of people have compared it to those viral clay model videos 😅
After you finish every module, you can add some small modules (around the size of the desert well) of water around the whole thing so it looks like an island
That could be pretty cool!
I love it, looks very cool! But I will do anything for the main end island.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you! Maybe I'll get to the End one day
7:28 it looks like you were about to grab the sheep lol
ikr xD It was such a funny unintentional thing
Though I’m not a fan of desert stuff in the game, your lego structures make it look so much lively and I love it!
Thank you!
wow the recap really puts it in perspective of how insane this whole moc is and the addition of the raid is amazing!!
Thank you
OMG could you please do a nether fortress or a bastion? Or maybe do an End City because it would be so cool to find out how you get them to float!! thank you so much and i love your videos!!!
I do plan to do a Bastion at some point!
1 year?!? Wow! I remember like it was yesterday! Keep up the work!!!
It really has gone by so fast!
4:17 excuses me an ice cream menu now. How have you gone to these extremes.
lolol
It's so cool to see a quick recap and how far this beautiful world got.
I'm glad people liked that! I did something similar for episode 10, so I figured it was a good time to bring it back
Every aspect of this is so well thought and cool, I love how satisfying it is when you slide in the houses and overall one of the best builds you’ve made!
Thank you so much!
Wow your channel has grown so much! Your videos are great, much deserved. Love your building in real life and Minecraft.
Thank you ❤
Can we just appreciate the fact that
1. He's kept this up for a year
2. At 7:30 it looks like he's grabbing the sheep
7:30 was the funniest unintentional edit of I've ever done lol
I was just rewatching the whole series!! Super excited for the future of one of my favorite youtube series.
Thank you
Glad (maybe sad) to see you replace the frog.
As for the clutter, I actually prefer the dense landscape, as even though I enjoy the wide and empty landscape of Minecraft, the most exciting areas in the game (for me at least) are the structures and places full of mobs.
Obviously those details are very expensive, but you've already done the hard part! Even if half of your new modules are expansions, I will be watching every second of it!
I can't wait to see what this next year holds!
Rest in peace, froggo. I'm sure he'll turn up again somewhere xD Glad you don't mind the chaotic landscape too. Idk, it just feels more lived in and exciting this way too.
I didn’t realize how nice the breathing room given by the badlands expansion was until it was put in at 5:40, it looks so cool. It’s wild to see how far this series has come!
It's crazy, isn't it? Never thought it would be more than a line of 6 or 7 builds xD
6 months of being a member and I don’t regret anything!
Woot! Thanks for sticking around, Cobble!
Wow... I am truly amazed at how much detail you can put into a Lego Minecraft build. Keep on building!!!
Thank you! Lots more fun stuff to come :)
the desert village is probably my favorite addition so far and i am thinking about building your entire build block to block in my survival server and adding a new part whenever you add to the lego one
That would be cool! Once I'm done with the display, I'll release a world file of the in-game map too :D So if you're willing to wait a bit I'll get it released!
They really ought to make a “Lego” section in the Louvre and make this the centerpiece. So, so incredible.
Ha, thank you! 😄
Stoked for this one as always, love your content!
Much appreciated, Lauren!
Still waiting for desert pyramid, but it's still amazing, keep it up!
I wish I had room! Maybe I'll build one separately one day
Always love these videos. Would love to see a player riding a pig somewhere, its my favorite silly feature still in the game
That's a great idea actually xD I'll try and remember to do that!
